The Perfect Spring Break Vacation

This was the best vacation that I could have ever imagined. Not only was Rincon a perfect destination for families of all ages, but the villa felt like our home from the moment we walked through the door. It was warm, welcoming, comfortable and completely spacious for a group of four adults and two teenagers. Since this was a gated community with a security guard round-the-clock, we always felt completely safe. The villa has every convenience one could ever need which is practical for those who regularly cook. The kitchen was entirely high end with stainless steel appliances and stocked with brands that would make the most refined traveler feel at home such as Le Creuset, Kitchenaid, Henckels, etc. The house was impeccably decorated, predominantly displaying whimsical artwork and a two story mosaic. We enjoyed every space of the home, spending evenings on the rooftop terrace and lounging in the living room. Our kids enjoyed the chess set in the TV area and the large selection of new release movies.
The beach was only a two minute walk from the villa and felt like it belonged to us. We utilized the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels, fins and other beach equipment provided at Jenn’s home, sitting by the beach and just taking in the breathtaking view of the turquoise blue water. If we did nothing but sit on the beach every day, it would have been perfect. But since the waves were not that great for surfing and there is a lot to do in Rincon, we set off for adventures. We booked scuba diving with a local diving shop at the marina. The owners are extremely helpful and safe. We alos snorkeled to the right of the cove at the marina and saw thousands of tropical fish! We used an online agency to book four hour Eco-tour about an hour and half from the villa that included ziplining, hiking and caving. Just the drive just to get to the tour was an adventure in itself, stopping alongside the road at food carts that had more than five people to get the most authentic PR food. The agent suggested we stop and see the waterfalls of San Sebastian. It was a little sketchy hiking in some areas, steep and slick from the recent rain, but well worth it. Words cannot describe how beautiful it was and will remember it forever.
Jenn is an upmost professional and we would recommend her home to anyone wanting an amazing vacation. We are looking forward to returning to Rincon and staying there again.
