Great Home!
My family and I spent 3 nights at this great house. It really is a wonderful place. It was good to relax and unwind and spend some time together. The owner is very responsive to any needs that you may have. It is really an ideal house for a family or two with kids. There is a ton of room so that everyone can spread out and relax. I would urge anyone to come stay for a week or a weekend. Great place! Thanks for letting us use it.

Weekend in Manchester
The house shows just as beautiful and even better in person! Jon was a complete pleasure to work with. Super responsive to all E-mails and provided detailed info. Manchester for those that havent been before is classic New England charm and elegance. The outlets and center of town are a 3 minute drive away and the house property is quiet and great for kids to play out back in the snow(which they did!). We had 12 people and everyone had space for themselves and noone ever felt crowded in, but with a house this size, how could you! The hot tub on the deck was great after a long day of snowboarding at Stratton(25 minutes away). The men stayed in the hot tub soaking their soreness while grilling steaks on the grill adjacent to the tub while the ladies conversed in the warm and charming living room. Thank Jon for a great experience and we are already discussing returning for next season!

As you know, the stainless steel, built-in gas grill is conveniently located just off of the gourmet kitchen and dining room, and under a porch roof which makes it usable in all weather conditions and through all seasons. Great getaway for 2 families
What a beautiful house! We went with 3 other families to stay at this house and had a great time. This house is ideal for 2 families because there are two adult bedrooms and two gorgeous kid bedrooms (they are more like wings). Luckily, our group didn't mind bunking up in the kid rooms, but I could see this being a problem for others. The location of the house is perfect. Very close to the Equinox and close to shopping and restaurants.
I would highly recommend this house to any family and Jon is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Perfect Winter Weekend
We were looking for a house large enough to accommodate a family group of 10 for a weekend of skiing and enjoying the Manchester area. The house was perfect for our needs. More space than we needed, but happy to have it. It was clean, warm, modern and well-maintained. We LOVED the special amenities like the rain shower in the master bath, the espresso machine and the many fireplaces. The kids took advantage of the sledding hill and sleds. The house is minutes from Manchester center where we enjoyed great restaurants, shopping and the falconry experience at The Equinox Resort (less than 5 minutes away). We skied both Stratton and Bromley - each less than a half hours' drive. We would recommend this to friends and family and will return if our plans bring us back to Manchester. Awesome place!

Amazing Manchester Rental
We do a ski house with a bunch of other couples every year and we have rented several houses in the Manchester area for the past 7 years. We secured a house last year again for this year and it fell through last minute. We saw this house and reached out to Jon (homeowner) who was very professional, buttoned up, and responsive.
The house is amazing! The first floor has a big kitchen/living room with fireplace, dining room with a long table which is perfect for dinner with the whole family, a mud room, half bathroom, an office, and two bedrooms (each with their own bath). The master bedroom is perfect. Huge walk in closet, gas fireplace that you can see from the bedroom and the master bath, masterbath is very big with a spa tub, huge walk in steam shower, and great vanity wth double sinks. Downstairs is a huge room with a pull out couch, its own bathroom, and access to the four car garage. Upstairs is three bedrooms, all very large and clean, and the two upstairs suites have their own bathrooms.
The deck outside has a grill and jacuzzi and there is also a fire pit outside on the main level. Perfect for raosting marshmallows! The house is very clean and comfortable and the homeowner is responsive to any needs/questions. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a LARGE place in Manchester.
