Beautiful home in exclusive community

We just arrived back home from our amazing stay in Kissimmee. The home was beautiful. My daughter was in love with the Little Mermaid bedroom. My son loved the Star Wars themed room. We only had 5 of us staying there, but this home is perfect for larger families or groups. Plenty of room to move around! After spending the day in the hot sun at Disney, it was great to drive the few minutes back to the home and go for a swim in the private pool. The game room was also very popular with my kids. We spent one afternoon at the community clubhouse watching a movie in the movie theater. This home was equipped with a highchair, stroller, and pack & play. My kids are older, so we didn't utilize these additions, but I couldn't help to think that I wish more houses had offered these amenities when my children were small. If you are looking for a beautiful, private, safe place to stay while in Kissimmee, then this is the perfect home. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Perfect for our family of 6!

We just spent the week in FL at this property. It was fantastic! Even better than the description. It was very clean & had everything we needed to cook for our family, keep up with laundry, swim, shop & relax -- well, as much as you can relax in between going to all the Disney parks!
Super location, easy to find, as well as convenient to drive in & out of Disney World parks. Each room was decorated so cute, the kids loved it! We all appreciated having TV/DVD players in each bedroom! The pool at the house was perfect, warm & clean. The game room in the garage was a bonus! We didn't really use the clubhouse pool, except for the first day -- because we couldn't check in until 4.
We would go back to this property in the future -- it was really exceptional. It would easily accommodate another family of 4 or 5, definitely would fit a set of grandparents would have been nice! So many rooms and so much space.
Better book it fast!! Great price, especially compared to a Disney property that would fit 6!

Nothing less then perfect!

The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and conveniently located. It's spacious for all of us 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plently of room for our kids to run around inside the house. The parks are conveniently 10 minutes drive away. Resturants and shopping are around the corner. We loved the pool (which had a robust safety gate) and the game room. The whole renting experience was just wonderful and smooth. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We could not ask anything more for our first visit to Disney. Without a doubt, this will be the house we'll be renting every time we visit Disney. Highly recommended.

Just Outstanding!

Our vacation was with our family of 5 and 2 older cousins. The property was very well maintained and very spacious with 2 suites and plenty of room for the children with rooms having either bunk beds or separate twin beds. The kitchen was fairly spacious and fully stocked. The screened in pool and jacuzzi were fabulous with a removable fence (depending on the age of your children). The pool table in the garage was well loved by the time we left. The full size, new washer and dryer were equally loved by other members of our party. The gate guarded community felt very safe and there was even more to do at the community center with a walk in pool and a tube water slide as well as an arcade, place to rent DVD's, fitness center, etc. Two play parks are within the community and close to the house also, including one with a castle theme. The Disney parks are within an easy 5-12 minute drive, but you will need a rental car to get there.
I highly, highly recommend this house!

Plenty of space for large family

We celebrated my in-laws 40th anniversary at the Magic Star Villa. In total there were 13 of us and the house was more than big enough. The house was clean and well managed. The kids loved the theme rooms, games room and pool. Many thngs that we had packed were actaually available and included with the home including a baby monitor, stroller, beach towels and car seats. The house looks beautiful in pictures and is evn better in person. We visited all of the Disney Parks and Universal Studios and all were very close to the home. The only regret I have is that we didn't spend more time just enjoying the house! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation.

This home is beautiful, in a well equipped resort, and literally minutes from Disney. The photos, while they accurately show the home, can't capture the how spacious and clean the house is. It was so nice to come home to such a large comfortable home with all the upscale finishes you'd expect to find in a new home. The home owners are pleasant and easy to work with. We stayed here with another family (9 people altogether) and found there was plenty of space for everyone. The private pool was perfect and the kids had a great time at the resort pool, hot tub, and game rooms. They also played basketball on the resort courts. I'd highly recommend staying at the Magic Star villa!

great location, great house, great time

I previously stayed at a 6 bedroom house in Windsor Hills. This house was much nicer (all new appliances, new TVs, nicely decorated, fun games in the garage). The process of renting/paying was convenient and without issue.
We visited all of the Disney parks. Animal Kingdom is about a 5 minute drive, and the other parks a little longer.
I would recommend this house to anyone.

My 3 'girlfriends' (of 50 years) and I try to take a week's vacation once a year to 'keep in touch and just have fun'! We have stayed in several nice hotels with connecting rooms over the years; but this is by far the best experience we have ever had!! With the four of us we each had our own bathroom, bedroom (with two to spare), TV's in each of our rooms, and had all the amenities of home and then some!! One of the 'girls' has touble getting up and down stairs, so she took the downstairs bedroom and bath.
We had our own private swimming pool and hot tub, and could relax outside or inside playing cards or going to the many attractions closeby.
We rarely ate out, which saved us money as well as having the opportunity to each eat 'what we want'; when we wanted it!
The home is beautifully decorated and a delightful place to stay!! We found ourselves 'relaxing and enjoying the amenities of the spacious home' more than actually going out. With four of us sharing costs, it was probably the most reasonable vacation we have had!!
We are looking to go back again next year. Airfare from Seattle is less expensive than to most other destinations!
For us, hotels are a thing of the past!! No more listening to people come and go at all hours of the night, and thin walls with TV's and conversations we don't need (or want) to hear; as well as 'security concerns'. From now on we will always look for a house with the 'comforts of home' and the privacy of our own 'space'!
Thank you for providing a beautiful, well cared for home for people to stay in!!

My wife, 3 kids, and I stayed at the Magic Star Villa for 8 nights and had an absolute blast. The property was very clean, well appointed, and nicely designed. I was working most of the days and my family only went to Sea World on one day of the visit. Hence, my wife and kids spent the majority of the trip at the house or enjoying the amenities at Windsor Hills. The kids spent a ton of time in the pool. My son also fell in love with the PlayStation (Star Wars game in particular). They also spent a lot of time at the play parks that were just a few minutes walk from the house. The game room got used quite a bit as well. And yes, I am the family air hockey champion! :-)
In short, I have no doubt that I will look to rent Magic Star Villa again should my travels bring me to Orlando. I have stayed in many vacation homes in my days and this was far and away the best experience. It started with the ease of booking, the great service provided by the owners, and the provided documentation was thorough and well thought out. In other words, it was an outstanding experience!!
