This amazing oceanfront home is the perfect getaway for families or friends. Situated in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island overlooking the Georgia Strait, this beautiful home is less than a 30 minute drive from both Parksville and Nanaimo. From the moment you arrive on the compound, this 0.34 acre waterfront retreat establishes that you have entered a world of your own.
The home has been refurbished with the latest in styles and amenities featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, sauna, and a spacious modern kitchen and an incredible walk out basement. For extra guests, there are two sofa beds with complete linens. (Sleeps 10 comfortably.)
From the deck there is an amazing view of Georgia Strait where you will feel the peace of the ocean air. With easy access to the beach you will have fun beachcombing, watching the sea life and resident eagles.
This property for us is both a primary and secondary home depending on the time of year. We love this property because we can go from the doorstep of our home in Calgary to the doorstep of this property within less than 4 hours by plane. It is a perfect location where we have all of the luxurious amenities and charm of a west coast beach home, without it being over populated in a tourist area. The popular tourist destinations are a short drive away. For us, it is an idilic location for rest and relaxation; a place to create family memories; a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The view was magnificent.
It was a real pleasure staying at the Reef Beach House. It certainly exceeded our expectations... lots of room and a very spacious working kitchen. Relaxing on the back deck was a highlight! Thank you.
Bought fish at the french street marina... i've shopped for fish all over the
globe... have found a new fav. We watched an otter play and dine for an hour
last night on the beach here... kayaked in the bay today to visit seals and sea
lions.
We've tried to treat this home as if it were ours (if i had a spare million and
the commute was a wee bit friendlier maybe...)... lived mostly in the kitchen
(as a food guy two thumbs up... really well appointed!!!).
A wonderful end to our time on Vancouver Island... Kate Wendy and I thank
you for the chance to stay here.
