Beverly Shores has a new rental ordinance that limits rentals to a one month minimum to families only.

We have three summer rental slots

June 13 - July 13 [Booked]

July 13 - August 13 [Available]

August 13 - September 13 [Booked]

FALL RATES

Available September 13 - October 13 [Inquire for rates]

October 13 - November 13 [Inquire for rates]

To accommodate our guests we have structured one month contract periods priced according to how long you plan on staying.

One month stay: $9,000

Three week stay: $7,500

Two week stay: $6,800

One week stay: $3,600

4 seat electric golf cart, $100/week, $200 monthly.

THE DUNES HOUSE ONLY RENTS WEEKLY DURING SUMMER. Sorry, No weekends. We are a family oriented house.

We do not rent for proms or homecomings.

The Dunes House is NO SMOKING.

An hour and a half from the North Shore and 45 minutes from downtown Chicago, the Dunes House is the perfect family getaway for any season.

Nestled in the woods of the sand dunes, a block and a half from the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan and over 22 miles of State and National Lake Shore.

Escape to Beverly Shores without the traffic congestion or the row after row of beach houses you'll find in other Lake Michigan beach communities. It's quiet, peaceful and in the midst of nature.

This luxury class, renovated, two-story home offers 3400 square feet of 'International Style' living. Situated on one and a half-acre wooded lot, the home offers privacy and first-class accommodations.

Entertain on the spacious wraparound decks, sun yourself on the wind protected front deck and cook on the gas grill in the large screened porch. Enjoy the out of doors in any weather.

BEACHES AND SUNSETS!

Romp on the beach and build sand castles all day. Stroll down to the beach at dusk and watch spectacular sunsets over the Chicago skyline. Breathtaking!

COMMUTING

Serviced by the South Shore Railroad with stops at the Landmark Beverly Shores Train Station. Less than an hour train ride from Chicago.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The Master Suite is located off the great room with a King size bed. Bedroom #2 has a King Sized bed and twin foldout sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #3 features a New Queen bed and Twin trundle (2 beds). Bedroom #4 has Twin trundle (2 beds).

Great Room has a Daybed. Rollaway twin bed and twin mattress is available.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE

The king-size bed overlooks a large deck and woods. The spa-like master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and large wall-of-water shower. The lap of luxury.

This house is the most amazing house I have stayed at in my life. It can be for handicap people (like my Grandma). It is so beautiful outside and at the beach. I love it here!! All the rooms are so beautiful. We loved it so so so much!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Beach House in Beverly Shores. It was every bit what we hoped it would be and more. The house is wonderful and we would very much recommend it. We were especially impressed that the house was so well equipped for cooking, games, etc.

You home was a great location for a family reunion and retreat. We loved exploring the local area and beach. Many happy memories were created during evenings on the decks and during game time in the dining room.

This was just a perfect week for the Jones Family. We celebrated our 40th. wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We loved the house and all of it's beauty inside and out. It was very comfortable. You certainly provided everything we needed and much, much more. It couldn't have been better.

We loved the dunes house. Our large group had plenty of room to both be together and to spread out when needed. The accomodations are top notch.

The deer are quite tame and we saw a number of them during our stay. The beach is beautiful and relatively private even on hot summer days.

We greatly appreciate the quality of the accomodations and this has been one of the best houses we have rented over the past ten years of family vacations. Thanks again!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Dunes house in early July. The house was perfect for the wide variety of ages we had. Our daughter, in a wheelchair, was also able to easily nagivate around the house. The house was so comfortable and easy to stay in. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful great room, kitchen and screened in porch. The area is beautiful for walking and the beach was great. We're looking forward to returning next summer!

Main floor interior is very nice, large kitchen & dining areas. Enjoyed screened deck dining also. We had 14 total in our group, with 8 children. Comfortable adult accomodations realistically is 8, but kids do not mind futons and pullout sofas. Beach was nice, water pleasant.

We had a great time and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the setting and the beach. Our group
consisted of people in their 60s, 50s, 30s, 20s, preteens and one toddler. Everybody enjoyed our time together, something
we only get to do once a year.
