Seacoast Condo is located on a non-driving beach, considered one of Florida's safest beaches.

You will enjoy miles of beautiful, unspoiled, white sandy beach. We have beautiful sunrises and sunsets, swimming, sunbathing, fishing, surfing, boogie boarding, walks on the beach. If a space shuttle is scheduled to launch, you will have a front row seat!

Watch the Moon shine on the ocean from the living room balcony or master bedroom of this beautifully furnished 3rd floor condo. Relax in a la-z-boy recliner as you look out over the ocean with a beautiful breeze coming through the door.

The master bedroom features one king bed and a walk-in closet. There is also a 'bonus bed' for 1 and a sofa that turns down to accommodate 2.

Just over an hour drive to the Orlando theme parks, Disney, Epcot, Universal, Sea World. Forty minutes to Cape Canaveral and NASA. Daytona Beach is 20 minutes away. Restaurants you will want to visit over and over - so many you will have to return!

One stay and you will want to come back year after year. It will be your special secret get-away!

Why Kathi & Maggie chose New Smyrna Beach

It is only an hour drive from where we reside. It is on the ocean where we can watch the sun rise and sun set. The people in the community are friendly and they all take great pride in keeping up the area. The office staff are caring and very helpful to the renters.

What makes this condo unique

There are many wonderful things to do in the area. It is near many good restaurants,shopping & theatres. We have a no drive beach, which is important to us, as we enjoy walking down the beach. We can also walk the beach to our favorite bar and restaurant.

Perfect, even down to supplying great weather for our two month stay. We are already looking forward to returning next year. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.
