Since the very start of the renting experience, Francoise has been very helpful making it very easy for me to rent the apartment. there was no elaborate TnC involved, he was very flexible. The apartment itself is located in a wonderful area, very secure place, close to the metro and shops, pattiseries and the tourist attraction Sacre Ceour. It's a bit tiny for 4 adults, but other than that, the apartment is very clean.

Villa Dancourt is a wonderful place to experience Paris. In my opinion, the Montmartre area is the most unique quarter of Paris. Lots of charm, unique (and not too pricey) shops and yummy patisseries. The studio is located 50 yards from a Metro stop, making it very easy to get to all points of Paris. It's quiet, clean and very secure The bonus feature - the studio has a large shower (no tiny european shower here). This is the place to stay.

My wife and I had been apart for a couple of months due to my business travel. We had a chance to rendezvous in Paris - where better?!
First I will tell you that the apartment is clean, well maintained, and a perfect balance of old world charm and modern convenience. Its not a big place, but perfect if you are not a picky person in need of luxury. The concierge, and her son, was courteous, pleasant and attentive, when needed, and otherwise invisible. The owner is great to work with, accommodating and straight forward. There were no surprise fees and the whole transaction was easy and painless. Thank you Francois!
Now I will say that, at first, before our arrival, I was worried if I had chosen the right place. My fears were all in vein. The apt is situated perfectly in Montmartre, just steps from the Sacre-Coeur cathedral. Montmartre is a great mixture of an arts district with a little bit of decadence thrown in (the Moulin Rouge is just down the street). The neighborhood is a lively blend of shops, bistros, cafés, and small pubs. One exit from the small apt complex leads you to a main street with close access to the Metro – from there EVERYTHING is only 10 - 15 minutes away. The other exit reveals Paris as it is to the Parisians; it opens to a small neighborhood café and market where you can simply relax, pass time and watch the world go by. I can’t say enough about all we did, from the typical tourist stuff to simply walking through our neighborhood and having a great time with the locals and nearby events. We could not have had a better reunion. We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back soon!

I just loved the studio! It was perfect! I thought it was very quaint and charming. It was also central to the streets if Montmartre, which is beautiful little suburb of Paris.

I also liked the fact that you could walk to the Metro, or catch a taxi or a bus to anywhere in the city.

One of the best things about the studio was that the owner provided us with the names and numbers of 2 contacts in Paris, in case we need anything. Which in my case, was very helpful.

I would highly recommend this this studio to Singles, Adventure Seekers, History Buffs and even as a romantic getaway.
