Just Minutes Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Mackinaw, & Indian River. Quiet secluded wooded area. Large deck with plenty of seating. Outside fire pit for roasting s'mores. This home is just minutes to all the ski hills, golfing, beaches, snow mobile trails and inland waterways for boating. Minutes from downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Mackinaw City & Mackinaw Island only 30 minutes away. Pellston airport 20 minutes away. Teddy Griffin's RoadHouse Restaurant and Gas Station & Market 1 block away! This property is on Wild Cherry Lane, Harbor Springs, MI. If you are staying over a week housekeeping is available upon request, at renters expense. No reasonable offer refused!

Boating, Canoeing and Fishing: Water is very abundant. The Inland water ways are a short drive away with several boat launches to accommodate you. With the Lake Michigan Bay at Petoskey or Harbor Springs are only 4 miles away. The beaches are beautiful and Harbor Springs even has a dog friendly beach on Zoll St. This is surely a water wonderland for boating , jet skiing, water skiing, tubing and fishing. If canoing is your style, the Sturgeon, Maple, Indian or Crooked rivers all await you. Liveries are available for renting. Crooked, Round, Pickeral, Burt, Larks, Paradise (Carp), Mullet or Black Lakes are all close for your pleasure. A favorite trip is to rent a Pontoon on Crooked and go up the inland waterway up Crooked Lake, River, Burt Lake to Indian River and if adventuresome make it to Mullet Lake. This is an all day affair and is very scenic and enjoyable for the family. Boat rental is available on Crooked Lake. I also recommend Sturgeon Bay as a beautiful beach get away located north on M119.

NOW ZIP LINING at Boyne Highlands! for pretty much all the ages - so much fun!!

Ski and Golf Resorts: Boyne Highland has both skiing and golfing depending on the season. Nubs Nobs Ski resort is across the road. Boyne Highlands ski resort can be viewed from the deck. You can hear the hum of the snow machines and the lights on the hills are aglow. Truly a winter wonderland land. I can not list enough good things to say about the golf in this area. It starts with Little Traverse Bay, Hidden River, True North, Harbor Point,Chestnut Valley, Crooked Tree, Bay Harbor Courses (best of the best) and many others are within a half hour or less.

Snow Mobiling and Zip Lining : Snow mobile trails are accessible from property with gas station / convenience store within a block. Over 250 miles of trails can take you to Mackinaw City to Indian River to Alanson and even Traverse City for the adventuresome snow mobiler.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great if you're interested in skiing at Boyne Highland, Nubs Nob or both (which we did). You're no more than a couple minute drive from the entrance to both resorts. The house was comfortable, with plenty of room. The owners did a great job of making sure we were comfortable - I even got a call from the owner the day we were heading up north to make sure the driveway was plowed for us upon our arrival. I was very impressed by this gesture.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely house! The fireplace warmed us up quickly after skiing all day at Nubs. The house was really clean and is located so close to the ski slopes. When it came time to wind down we enjoyed grilling on the back patio and playing foosball, tennis and darts. In all we had a really great trip and are looking forward to going back this summer!

A beautiful snowy getaway and a great start to the New Year. Great location and just a few minutes from the Highlands. Also tried snowshoeing and would like to return next year for the sled dog outing. The home was exactly as described online. We were very pleased with the homey atmosphere and everything was clean, neat and tidy. The owner was friendly, helpful and made this trip a stress-free experience.

Quiet, friendly nieghborhood, close to Harbor Springs, and Petoskey shopping
Have spent time here and enjoyed the peacefulness and charm. The place has a warm friendly welcome to it, very clean too.
Really loved the location - just two minutes to Boyne or Nubs, jump right on the snowmobile trail, walk to Teddy's Roadhouse for dinner, or a quick drive into town. I have family in Pellston, so it was no more than 15 minute drive to see them.
The owners are so wonderful, and make sure you are comfortable.
