We stayed here for a Scottsdale golf trip. The condo is perfect, in a great location, and taking a dip in the pool every morning was a plus!
Rosemary and Paul were also wonderful hosts and seemed more than eager to help with anything. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Scottsdale.

This townhome's excellence is exceeded only by the owners' hospitality and attention to detail. My adult-daughters and I spent the Labor Day weekend here and wanted for nothing. The owners' were there to greet us and gave us a full run-down of the property. It was especially nice to see so many amenities, including kitchen staples that can be so bothersome to have to go out and buy during a vacation stay. The unit was spotless and dust-free -- which is important for my asthma and allergies. From the wireless accessibility to prime location to rose covered walkway to pool to ample towels and soft linens to magazines to helpful hints on what to do and where to shop and hike to cozy back patio and front balcony this townhome was amazing and added so much value to our mother-daughter time together. I would heartily recommend this property to anyone and definitely plan to return.

Home Away From Home!

WOW!!! What a wonderful time we had in our "home away from home" in Scottsdale.
All we had to do was pack our clothes and a toothbrush -- everything else was there waiting for us. The townhouse is delightful -- we would have breakfast on the patio off the kitchen and happy hour on the patio right out the front door. The 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath, made it very comfortable for everyone. The location is great and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants but still is secluded and private. Paul & Rosemary made us feel like we've know them for years. It is obvious when you meet them that they take great pride and joy in making you feel very comfortable and at home. We definitely want to come back -- one the best vacations ever!

This clean,quaint, cozy townhome far exceeded our expectations! Everything was provided so that all we required to complete our stay was our basic foods. Toiletries, towels, condiments, dishes, laundry soap, etc. was all provided! There are 3 specious outdoor dining areas to choose from and the pool was always clean and very accessible to the townhome. Both indoors and outdoors are well maintained and we especially enjoyed all the plants and flowers throughout our entrance area. The owners,Rosemary and Paul were friendly, funny, highly professional, and accommodated to our every need. The area was convenient to shops and walking/running paths if you enjoy the outdoors. I work for a luxury hotel and I must say this is definitely 5 star! Thank you Paul and Rosemary! The 'eastcoast' Canadians will be back!

The townhome was perfect! - roomy, wonderful pool and patio, great grill outside, spacious kitchen. It really felt like home. My friends and I had a wonderful stay; the location is perfect, shopping, restaurants and clubs so nearby. We also appreciate your assistance/accommodation with our unexpected extra night stay. I would highly recommend your townhome to anyone looking for a place in Scottsdale or the general Phoenix area. We spent six weeks in this wonderful "home away from home." Beautiful patios and pool with flowers everywhere, furnishings were lovely and comfortable and the place was stocked with everything one could want. It was delightful meeting Rosemary and Paul. They make every effort to see that their guests are well-cared for and their needs are met.
