Excellent Family Vacation

We rented this 2 bedroom penthouse condo for our 5 person family spring break. I would highly recommend it for the excellent accommodations, proximity to the Strip - easy walk to/from, very friendly and helpful staff, and great value. The view was incredible ! We arrived early on our first day, and staff was very willing to store and let us have access to luggage so we could use pool on first day before we could check in at 3:00. Only drawback during whole vacation, was 40 minute wait to check in and 20 minute wait to talk to concierge, as apparently they were understaffed at front desk. Having said that, we would do again, as it was well worth the extra 60 minutes of waiting. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We bought groceries and so we could lounge around in the morning and have breakfast and sometimes lunch and drinks without having to go out. We even used the supplied blender to make chocolate shakes. Having 2 separate bedrooms besides a living room and dining area and 3 full bathrooms allowed us ample personal space, and allowed our children to have their "own" space. Linens were top-notch, very comfortable. We liked being able to use the private Signature pools when we wanted more of a quiet family atmosphere, or the choice to use the MGM pools if we wanted more of a "party" atmosphere. We will definitely use again in Las Vegas, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The Suites and the Customer Service we received absolutely blew me away! Both Maddie & Nicole were extremely helpful during the entire booking process, and they responded to any questions/requests we had very promptly.
The description and photos in the listing were very accurate, but I must say the suites still blew us away even after seeing the photos. They were very roomy, very well kept and had very nice decor/finishings.
The Towers had LOTS of pools, bars and restaurants in close proximity to them. The walk through the pedway to get the MGM Grand wasn't as long as some people make it sound.. The moving sidewalks speed it up quite a bit.
Altogether, it was an amazing experience..definitely exceeded our expectations! Coming back to Vegas in September, and I will definitely be booking through you again! Oh, and would i recommend you/these suites to friends? I already have!!

The description of the property was accurate. The photos and floor plan were very helpful in making our decision to stay there. The property was clean, however required some minor maintenance. The sink garburator in the junior suite was not functioning and therefore gave off a foul odour. The safe in the junior suite could not be opened. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were very spacious & the kitchenette was useful. The owner was helpful with answering questions. Check-in, included valet parking and check-out was very stress free. The walkway attached to the MGM Grand was very useful. The view of the airport was entertaining. Attractions & activities I would recommend include: Dinner in "The Lounge", David Copperfield, Emeril's Fish restaurant, Cirque du Soleil shows, walking the Strip, Red Rock Canyon, Bonnie Springs Ranch, Hoover Dam etc. We found a car rental to be a pleasant way of seeing Las Vegas and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative and would definitely stay there again myself.

Our stay was simply amazing. The units were everything & more than we anticipated. The resort & it's amenities were outstanding. Will definitely use Rental by owner at the Signature again. It will be hard to ever forget & top this trip. By far the most awesome trip we've taken & a lot had to do with this amazing accommodations! Thanks Nicole & Maddie for all that you do.

Three Seniors with one small Pekingese

This is our second stay in one of the penthouse units. First time was in tower one. This time we stayed in tower two. Both were excellent in every way. The staff were all very accomodating, friendly and courteous. We look forward to staying with you again, soon.

I was hesitant renting through a 3rd party company at first, but I have to say that the ladies at Las Vegas Signature Rentals are AMAZING. They were so kind, answered all of my questions, gave me an amazing deal, and were lovely to me every time I interacted with them. I had the best time in Vegas at the Signature, everything was exactly as promised, and there were no surprises. The Signature hotel staff is also incredible. Every single person I came in contact with was awesome. This is such an amazing value, and we had an incredible time!!!!!
