Newer sharp condominium on the way to the beach featuring a beautiful landscaped, private courtyard. Modern interior with full kitchen, all appliances, central air, sky light, ceramic tile on kitchen & bath floors, also tiled tub/shower, full size stackable washer/dryer, HD wall mounted TV (not pictured yet) with cable, DVD, & broadband WiFi, new linens, and plush towels. Just what you'd expect at a nice hotel. Why pay more for a small hotel room, when you can have a clean, quiet, 2 bedroom spacious condo with more amenities? Sticklers for cleanliness, we know what it's like to have a bad experience. Not here.. we promise it to be up to very high standards with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. Situated on 1 acre with 5 units in a 1 story building and 4 units in the other, total of 9 units. Large, expansive lawn area and picnic tables separate the buildings.. Only 2 units are vacation rentals and each has its very own lush private courtyard.

This place is as nice as the photos appear. Very clean and comfortable and has good availability of linens and towels and a well appointed kitchen. It is very private and quiet being in a residential neighborhood. It is also very close to restaurants, etc and a few block walk to the lake. We are planning to book this condo again next year. Manager was very easy and pleasant to work with and easily available via email or cell phone.

Courtyard Condo, Unit#5 is a lovely end unit, very nicely furnished with plenty of parking available. This is a great alternative to a motel unit with a lot of privacy. The outside courtyard is great. This property is convenient to both Saugatuck & Douglas & is convenient to the Douglas beach which we love. We are very familiar with this area having been summer renters for more than 20 years. You will like the Courtyard Condos.

Every getaway requires welcoming accommodations, this condo is just that -- comfortable, convenient, nicely furnished, easy parking and very peaceful. Loved the skylights and the patio. Great kitchen allowed for hearty breakfasts before a day of exploration in Douglas & Saugatuck. This place will not disappoint you!

The Courtyard Condo was clean, nicely and freshly remodeled. I really enjoyed being in walking distance of the lake and of downtown Douglas. We had a much needed, refreshing vacation and the comfort of our accomadations was a big part of it.

Kudos again after our second stay at the Douglas Courtyard Condos. Really such a lovely alternative to other accomidations in the area, well kept, well stocked, quiet, yet so very close to anything you might want to do in the area. No hesitation should be made if you are interested in such a rental, it's truly a top pick.
