3 Bedrooms - Each with a Private Bath, Sleeps 10+, Private Hot tub on Deck, Pool

This beautiful, spacious townhouse (end unit) will sleep 12 w/o using the living room, will seat 10 people in the kitchen, and is only 700 yds from the ski area. The shuttle stop is right outside. A truly awesome benefit is the ski locker we have at the Gondola. Being an end unit with only one common wall makes it much quieter than most townhomes. The three bedrooms are each on a different level and each has its own bath; one is king-sized, two queen-sized, a loft with two twin beds, and a den with a queen sofabed. The large living room (20x15) is furnished with a 25 in. TV, VCR, CD player, iPod adapter, gas fireplace and broadband, wireless Internet access. The professionally serviced hot tub is located on our deck right off the living room. The den is another private area with TV, gameports, DVD player, etc. A great place to send the kids. :)

Is a car needed?: There is a wonderful free shuttle service that takes you to/from the Gondola as well as downtown, etc. The last shuttle stop before the gondola is directly out the front door. While you can certainly get by without a car, if buses are not your 'thing', I'd recommend one.

How does one reserve and pay?: Once we agree on the dates and all your questions are answered, we require two nights deposit to reserve the dates. 45 days before your arrival, the balance will be due. Once the balance is received, we will send you a key to the unit. Inside will be additional keys and tons of information. NO CLEANING FEES OR SECURITY DEPOSITS REQUIRED.

What is the cancellation policy?: Call or email us and we'll send you our 'contract'.

We had a family group of 9 stay in your condo 2/14/09-2/21/09.  What a great week!  The condo had plenty of space for all of us to spread out.  We all love to cook, and ate in for most meals.  The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to easily cook for a crowd.  We found the hot tub to be larger than it appeared in the pictures--and greatly appreciated at the end of a day on the slopes.  The ski locker was fantastic!  The owner was very responsive to our needs throughout the process--from initial reservation through a follow up call after our return home.  This condo is everything that is advertised on the vrbo site.  We will return! A huge townhome at a great rate! Full of amenities and equipped with everything you will need for your vacation. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and is available to address any issue immediately. The proximity to the slopes and spacious accomodations will ensure a fun and relaxing week for all. Highly recommended!!

Our week was just perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. Your home was ideal for us, well stocked, well layed out and very homey. The granddaughters loved the den with their own tv, games and puzzles. The hot tub was a big hit also. Best of all was the convenience of the shuttle and bless you for the mountain ski locker. We had 5 sunny days, watched the Cowboy Downhill while eating hamburgers grilled outside. You really provided everything. Thanks again.

We thought your home was great. It met our needs perfectly. The location was convenient to the slopes, the townhome itself was well stocked and nicely furnished. The ski locker was an added bonus. We would definitely stay at your home again.

Everything was great! You never know what you are renting until you see it in person and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. We also loved that you have the ski locker. It was very convenient for us as we skied everyday.

John, Wow, what a wonderful condo. We have stayed at several different condos at Steamboat but yours beats them all! We just felt so at home with the comfortable furnishings, all the amenities we could want, great location, the private hot tub (a rarity). Since it was quite warm during our stay, the air conditioning (another rarity) was much appreciated. Thanks so much for a memorable visit!

I'd just like to thank you for help and assistance with the condo, it's rare that these days that things are exactly as advertised but your condo exceeded our expectations in every area.

We had a fantastic trip with plenty of snow, we felt Steamboat was a lovely family oriented ski resort and would like to revisit some time in the future.

I am green with envy that you have place to visit in such an idealic location !

We didn't have just a great time - it was fantastic beyond expectations! We weren't really prepared for the wonderful and spacious accomodations. It was so well laid out, equipped and comfortable. Everyone was able to have their own space and the little ones their own play/tv area-WOW! Could not have asked for better.

I can't begin to thank you enough for your every consideration in equipping the unit! We weren't half way through the week before plans for next year surfaced....If Steamboat is again our ski destination-and I hope it is-You will certainly have our return business.

We used Black Tie ski rental which was super and oh so convenient. I so want you to understand what a great trip we had and that staying at your place was what made the experience superior. Oh yes, loved the ski locker!

John and Gail,
Hmmmm...Could there be anything else that would make our stay better? A personal masseur might be nice, but that might be a bit extreme. We found your condo absolutely fabulous. There was not a want to be had. You have set the bar high for any other condo we might ever stay in. The ammenities you provided were so thoughtful--the humidifiers, the electric blankets, laundry detergent, ample plates and silverware, and calling to see if we arrived safely!...I could go on and on. And having a hot tub was wonderful.

Again, our thanks John. We really enjoyed our trip and look forward to our return! We will certainly call you when we come back to Steamboat.
