Charming apartment (42 m²) located in the heart of Brussels, near the 'Grand-Place' (30m). This apartment have a fully equipped kitchen, a 2 persons bed settee and one bedroom with a double bed. Available facilities by room : Kitchen (Oven, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, dishes), Bathroom (bath/shower, sink, toilet) and Living room (cable TV and DVD). The following services are also included : Cleaning, Bed sheets (+25 €/week for the bed settee) and Towels.

Great Location, Bare Essentials

I'm torn on this... the place was in an AMAZING location...really couldn't be better.
BUT... there are a few things the owner could do better.
1. Proper sheets on the bed (only a bottom fitted sheet and comforter...kind of gross)
2. Provide more than one roll of TP. I know that's some gross detail... but come on. That's easy to do.
3. Better, more clear communication upon arrival. I was told to meet the owner at his office and arrived at that location per the map he had sent. Instead, he insisted we meet him at the property. This was VERY frustrating since I had only the information for the office location. Changing the meet up location last minute on an out of towner with no experience in the city is probably a big No-No! Things got pretty ugly and a dispute ensued...

We had a nice stay at this apartment. It was clean and well-equiped (except there was no dish soap for the dishes). The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the one in the living room (sofa) was NOT. All in all, I would recomend this apartment to other people as it is centrally located, clean, and affordable.

Can't get a better location

Only way to get closer to the Grand Place is to pitch a tent in the middle of the square. This is a simple no nonsense apartment. Could use a little updating but was fine. Only downside is the club across the street that plays music till all hours of the night. So if your used to sleeping in silence you will not get any sleep. We were there one week and it went on every night till 2-3 AM and till 5 AM on weekends. The apartment served it's purpose for a place to keep our stuff and sleep. We didn't use it for much else.

We had a very nice time in the apartment. It was very cleaned and well equipped (although the toaster was broken). The location was perfect, just in the center of Brussels, the only inconvenient was the noise at night.

a good place to stay

We had a great time there. The flat is clean and adequately equipped. And right in the heart of old Brussels. Everything is within short walking distance -sights, many museums and shops/supermarkets as well as plenty of restaurants and beer bars.

Amazing location; best for a couple

The location of this apartment couldn't be better - just off the Grand Place and easy walking distance from the train station. Getting in was easy, with folks from a nearby restaurant helping us out.
I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people, as the bedroom doesn't have a door. So, no privacy at all if that's what you need.
It's also across the street from an all-night club, which is fine unless you need some quiet. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.
Bottom line: if you aren't expecting anything fancy and just want a great location, this is the place for you. Four of us stayed there, including a toddler, and we were able to make it work just fine.

Location was excellent! within walking distance to most everything. Shops near and also tons of restaurants to choose from. Apartment was comfortable. Kitchen was very useful when wanting to stay in.

Muy bien localizado pero imposible dormir

Excelente localizacion a minutos de la Grand Place, limpio pero MUY RUIDOSO, IMPOSIBLE DORMIR con la música de los bares que están debajo y que no cierran hasta las 5 o las 6 de la mdrugada!! El agua de la ducha sólo dura escasos 1 o 2 minutos. Imposible ducharse dos personas seguidas.
No recomiendo este apartamento.

Mas centrico imposible

Este apartamento perfectamente equipado estaba situado justo al lado de la Gran Plaza, el lugar más centrico de la ciudad. A sólo pocos pasos se encuentra la magnifica plaza de Bruselas.
El apartamento es amplio y tiene un salon y baño muy grandes, tambien tiene cocina equipada con todos los electrodomesticos (algunos incluso por repetido) y habitación con cama grande. El salón cuenta con sofa y mesa de comedor, muy comodos. Le faltaría al baño un poco de reforma, esta un poco anticuado, pero es amplio y cómodo.Tambien estaría estupendo un poquitín mas de limpieza en el apartamento.
Para entregarte las llaves, los responsables se encuentran en un restaurante que esta muy cerca (se puede ir andando) así que esta todo muy a mano.
