This condo is located within walking distance of down town Boyne City with its many events and attractions. It is also directly next to the public launch, which is very convenient if you bring your boat.
The unit itself is conveniently located a stone's throw from the fire pit, sandy beach and pool. No stairs.
Sit on the patio and watch the boats on Lake Charlevoix or the sunset over the lake. Shopping and dining in Charlevoix or Petoskey are only 1/2 hour away. Unit & grounds are very clean, inviting & well maintained.
There are many extras in their unit: WiFi, removable shower heads, extra towels, glasses, dishes, kitchen supplies and gadgets well in excess of what is common in rentals. Boat slip was very convenient for added family activities. Unit was very nicely, brightly decorated. Very enjoyable stay.

There is no better place than Northern Michigan in late July and August. We have been to Boyne City many times. Staying at this condo was FANTASTIC. The 2 bedroom condo is very simply furnished, clean and attractive. It has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable vacation. THE LOCATION CAN NOT BE BEAT! This is better and more economical than many Up North vacations. The condo has a pool overlooking lake Charlevoix and access to the lake, which is incredible and beautiful. The walk into town is short and direct. In Boyne City, there are enough nice restaurants and shops to keep people entertained. My son loved the short walk to the 2 ice cream and candy shops in town. The condo is also directly across the street from Glen's, a very good vacation community grocery store. The farmers market held twice a week is also an easy walk. You do not have to get back in the car, once you unpack in this Boyne City condo. Boyne City continues to improve. Our favorite gourmet food shop is Lake Street Market. You should not miss their scones, cheeses, sandwiches or wine selection. We also rented jet skis for the day. They were delivered to us at the public dock right next to the condo. Again, incredibly convenient. Although it was expensive to rent the jet skis, it was well worth it for the memories of my 2 "almost adult" children (16 and 20), jetting around the lake-wearing life jackets and being careful- of course!!!

I would highly recommend this condo. For the price, it is a fantastic vacation. We will return soon.

The condominium was well maintained and photos are an accurate representation. The photos do not do the beautiful lake view justice. It was also super to be on the first floor. It is easy to walk out to the pretty grassy area, the pool and the lake. A grill is available, although we did not use it because our friends brought one. The owner was helpful and everything was handled very well.

Selfishly, I hesitate to write too good of a review because I don't want to make it more difficult to rent it in the future for myself, but this is a great condo - clean, updated and an great location. The rental process is very professional and detailed and the security deposit was returned very promptly. Please - if you rent this condo - take good care of it so we can continue to enjoy it for years to come!

My family and I have spent few days in this great condo just before the New Year Eve. We all loved it. The condo was very clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated for Christmas and had a great location: only 10 minutes from the Boyne Mountain's slopes and walking distance to the Boyne City downtown. From the living room's large windows the view of the frozen lake was beautiful, especially at sun-set.
Dick King (owner) is a very professional person and dealing with him for the details of the rental was a pleasure. I'd recommend this place to anyone interested and God willing, we will come again :-)

The listing description was accurate but did not do the property Justice. This is a very clean, beautifully decorated and cozy Condo. The surrounding Condo area is also well maintained and clean. It is a very picturesque area.
The Owner was very prompt, professional and pleasent to deal with. he added the extra touch of a personalised letter upon our arrival, which was very much appreciated. His information package for the rental was informative and contained an accurate description on how to find the unit. The area has everything needed to make for an enjoyable stay.
The unit was a very big part of us enjoying our trip, along with the skiing at boyne Mountain and visiting Avalanche Bay water park. We all enjoyed them.
Upon our return home we boasted about the Condo and the rest of our trip. We have already recommended the Condo and the area to our friens and Family.
We hope to return this summer to enjoy the area and this rental during the warmer weather.
