If you are looking for a vacation home that allows you to actually walk to the beach, look no further! This beautiful, central air conditioning, 3 story, 3 bed, 3 bath home is located 100 yards from the beach is your perfect destination. Located at 6 Greenbrier Rd. Narragansett RI. This home is tastefully decorated and provides new comfortable furnishings, new comfortable beds, down pillows and blankets, lovely artwork, high speed internet for your laptop, ipod/iphone docking station, and the all important deck furniture and gas grill. The granite kitchen is fully stocked right down to the coffee bean grinder.

There are breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from the 3rd floor north and south facing decks as well as the master bedroom deck. Along with the private deck, the master bedroom amenities includes a sitting area, dressing room, jacuzzi tub, television, and glass shower with two shower heads.

A small semi-secluded yard provides a perfect area for grilling and games.

The interior of the home is set up on three levels. Each level has a full bathroom. The first floor bedroom (2 twin beds) has access to the first floor bath. The second level of the house has the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with glass shower, double shower heads, jacuzzi tub, and double sink. The third bedroom is also on the second floor. The third level of the house is an open area for entertaining which provides for two separate living rooms in the house. The third floor also has a queen size sleeper sofa. The sleep sofa has an integral air mattress for your total sleeping comfort. This floor also has a full bathroom.

4 best friends for a weekend at this beautiful house, it has everything you need plus more. The location is perfect right across from the beach and plenty of good restaurants around. But if you want to stay in and hang with your friends this is the perfect house to that in. Great friends, great food, great house. You'll have everything you need for a weekend or more. This home away from home became a reunion house for six 2000 graduates from URI. It was very spacious with beautiful views. We walked to the beach and also drove to the end of the road to treat ourselves to mani and pedis. The kitchen was cooker friendly and the top deck provided us an enjoyable afternoon of sun. With six ladies, we had ample space to powder our noses in three bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our space to reunite so much we are going to make it an annual reunion. It is close enough yet far enough away for our NJ, MA, CT and NY crew.

I believe this is our 8th year of going to Narragansett and 7 of those were spent at this house. 1 year we wanted to try a different home and quickly realized that this house was the best. The quality of the amenities, the AC and the closeness to the beach keep it a winner in our book. Vacations should be easy and this house certainly helps with that.

What a Fantastic Vacation

This is the third year of vacationing at this wonderful house. The house is in the best location. It is right across the street from the beach and minutes away from delicious seafood restaurants. We find this house to be clean, comfortable and spacious. The owners keep up with the house making it even better with the addition of a full bathroom on the third floor. Our favorite part of the house is the third floor. It has decks on either side for basking in the sun or enjoying cocktails and viewing the beautiful sunsets. This is a place that you will love and never want to leave. We plan on returning year after year for sun, fun and relaxation.

This place really exceeded our expectations. It looks nice in the pictures, but is definitely better in reality. Everything was organized and in place. We stayed 8 people in total and everyone was very confortable.
The various decks are a great place to hang out and the beach is only across the street. We'll definitely have it in mind when coming back to Narraganset.

We had a lovely stay at your Narragansett House, it was both relaxing and extremely comfortable. We had all the comforts of home with the ocean right across the street.
It was so nice to wake up in the morning and watch the sun rise over the ocean and then take a midafternoon walk on the beach. The masterbedroom made you feel like you were staying at a very expensive Bed and breakfast, with candles included for a romantic evening. I look forward to renting from Kathy again whether for another weekend or a full week in the summer, it definitely beats staying in a stuffy hotel room anyday!!!

Loved Looking out at the Ocean

This home is directly across the street from the beach and we all loved it. Our grandchildren ages 4 and 2 loved the short walk to play in the sand or fly a kite with dad on the large grassey lawn between the street and the beach. Walking the beach at 6:30 am is where you would find me! Grandma and Grandpa appreciated the bedroom on the first floor too.
This is a modern home with all the needed conveniences and is sparkling clean. We all loved the 3rd floor decks and they were very safe for our small grandchildren. Watching the boats was interesting anytime of day or night. Kathy answered all our questions and we found the house just as she described. And we received our security check 5 days after we stayed.
I would recommend this home to anyone and we look forward to returning.

i picked this house based upon the reviews of past renters and my high expectations were met. location was perfect, house was clean, well stocked and upscale. i'd be surprised if someone could come up with many negatives about this house.

What a wonderful house! There is plenty of space; the kitchen is well-stocked; the master suite is luxurious. We loved the jacuzzi tub, and the views from all the decks are spectacular. The cross-the-street to the beach location is perfect. We love Crazy Burger, and got fresh fish in Gallilee many nights. Hope to come back another time. Thank you, Kathy!
