My family (ages 19-86) stayed at this location after I talked with the Owner many times to as-certain what I was leasing! She was patient and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns (I believe I was her first renter!) and subsequently the onsite Manager was also very accommodating.

Although listed as sleeping 8 people, we were 9, and my 20 year old son 'won' the sofa bed in the Media room. All of us enjoyed the property which was conveniently located to the family events we were attending and also close to our relatives' home.

Yes, the listing description was accurate regarding the location and the listing photos did accurately reflect the rental’s appearance to my mind. However my 22 year old niece did say the pictures were NOT as nice as the real thing! It was beautifully furnished, and very spacious.

Golf courses are abundant and the home is near the mountains; there is a trail that begins across the street and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve with its many wonderful trails is a short drive away. We can give a shout out to the Mesquite Grille at the McDowell Mountain golf club & the Twisted Lizard Tavern & Grille which was a nice walk down the hill (although we drove there!).

We would recommend this property to others only reluctantly - since we wish to return and want it to be available!
