Spacious 1650 sf Penthouse fully furnished vacation/executive rental. This unit is a top floor penthouse with two master bedrooms (king beds) with full baths and walk-in closets. It has a 3rd bedroom or den that has a pull down double bed. This unit has 2 fireplaces and 2 balconies. A beautiful full kitchen with pro-line appliances, custom cabinets and granite counter tops. The living room has walnut hardwood flooring, 10' ceilings throughout, jetted tub, washer/dryer, 2 1/2 baths, crown molding through with 8' high doors. The building features concrete floors, a special 'clip system' in the walls and other high quality sound dampening features. The entrance is gated, with a heated parking garage. Full handicap access with elevator. Extra large Master bedroom with walk-in closet.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, well appointed

3 BRs and 2.5 baths made this a much more comfortable stay than hotel options. We were 3 professional women attending a trade show in SLC, so we appreciated having 2.5 bathrooms (bring your own hair dryer though)! Each BR has a queen bed, so it sleeps 6 if they are 3 couples, or small kids who don't object to sharing a bed. The apartment is very clean & quiet, we heard no neighbors or street noise as it's on the back of the building. Beds were super comfortable, and there are lots of towels. The kitchen has all the basic equipment you'd want, although the knives are pretty dull. Jay was very helpful sorting our a minor wifi snafu, and easy to get a hold of. The location is less than 15 mins drive to the Salt Palace, and not far from i15 and i215. Highly recommend visiting and swimming in the Great Salt Lake at Antelope Island, where you can also see a loads of bison and sea birds. Food-wise, we enjoyed burgers & fries at the Iceberg Drive-In right next door - a SLC icon for over 50 years, excellent fresh & cheap Vietnamese cuisine at Oh Mai at 3425 South State Street below E 3900 S, and delicious authentic Nepalese/Indian fare at Kathmandu 3142 South Highland Drive. Plus Organic Ice Cream at Ice Cream Coneucopia 26 East 600 South near the convention center; their homemade waffle cones are to die for-yum! All in all we highly recommend this condo.

Mother and Vacation Planner of the Family!

We had an EXCELLENT stay. We had a late/early morning flight in (1:00 a.m.) and Jay took the time to meet us at the buliding to ensure we had a smooth entry into the building. The penthouse was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for six people; one in a wheelchair. The entire building is wheelchair accommodating. We were also supplied with the handi-cap parking space in the garage, which was very helpful in accommodating my elderly father-in-law.

I am used to having coffee every morning. When I couldn't find the coffee pot, I called Jay, and the first thing the next morning, his wife was there in hand with a coffee pot and 2 bags of coffee. The building is centrally located to just about everything convenient and is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view both in the morning and evening time. We enjoyed the view from the balconys.

The only area that I would like to see improvement on is the WiFi connection. We were unable to receive any connectivity in the building, when we were trying to look up hours and map locations of the places we wanted to visit. It was not a show stopper as there is a local restaurant hangout downstairs around the corner of the building that had the connection so we stopped there and enjoyed our evening meals a few times.

Both Jay and his wife are wonderful to deal with and very accommodating in every way even when there was a mix up on our leave dates which was my mistake. He takes a personal interest to insure his guests comfort and needs are being met. I would HIGHLY reccommend staying on this property and moreso because of Jay and the courtesy and professionalism he displays to his patrons while running this facility.

We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.
