I had the pleasure of staying at the Villa for 10 days during the holiday season and I must say it was perhaps the best vacation I've ever taken! This incredibly peaceful Villa was a mere 5 minute walk from Bulabog beach where you can see the eclectic colorful wind surfers glide about. The house staff at the Villa was so accommodating, friendly, respectful and attentive. I never had to ask for anything, as it seemed they could forsee whatever I'd need in advance and were so thorough in taking care of all of my needs. This wonderful place even provided drivers who would bring me to and from the other beaches in Boracay and were always prompt and punctual and very helpful with any directions or suggestions for where to go.
The pristine view out of my windows of the cerulean blue sea was so calming and relaxing and each night I was able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves out my window and the fresh sea breeze. This resort is truly in a class of its own.
And on top of that, the entire compound is so secure, private, guarded and safe, I felt like I didnt have a care in the world. I will definitely be returning to stay here again as well as encouraging all of my friends/family to check out this treasure of a spot! Thank you!

2 very nice bedrooms, but the others are all same size, which is small for such a villa. Plus, these 5 other bedrooms have to share 3 bathrooms, and have no curtains, what makes you wake up with the sun, very early, if you can fall asleep despite the lights outside. Fortunately, 2 bedrooms don't even have windows, so their occupants can sleep.
Nothing is included in the price, since you have to pay everything, from the supposedly free van to the toilet paper. Each trip with the van cost 4-5 USD, depending on the distance, while it was supposed to be free, but the gas. Plus, the van is not always available, you share it with other villas-appartments, and when it leaves, it's not available for at least 30 min
You have to bring your own soap and beach towels, you can't take the one from the house, while you pay to use them, and resorts where you have to go for he beach don't provide any to non-resident
The worst, according to the price of the villa, is that, despite Peter's promesses, there is no beach at walking distance, you need the van, and it takes 15-20 min

We booked this property for a week and we couldn't have imagined anything better! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed with the owners and staff being incredibly friendly and accomodating. They helped us with anything we needed, from transportations to massages, and even with simple things like food and drinks. No pictures do justice to the Malibu Villa. Every room was remarkably beautiful and exquisitely decorated. The whole property overlooks the beautiful ocean and it was so peaceful and tranquil, you get a great nights sleep every night. Of course the comfortable beds also help. We travel a lot and this property is by far the most amazing one we've stayed at. Sam, Dolly and the staff are some of the nicest people we've met and we are thankful for their generous hospitality and for making our vacation one we will never forget. We can't wait to stay here again!

Some friends and I were truly lucky to have gotten in touch with the owners of this rental property. We booked the Malibu home for our stay and it was the best decision we made on that trip. As we approached Malibu the ocean views already proved to be breathtaking, reminding me of the Malibu coast in California - only better.

When we entered Malibu we were blown away by its pleasant staff and modern aesthetic and it only got better when we reached our bedrooms. Each had a unique character, but all were exceptionally comfortable perfect for a vacation in paradise. Our king size bed was exactly what we needed after a couple rough days of traveling and our bathroom was spotless and even included a rainfall shower, which I loved. The home included an amazingly open and airy kitchen and living room that lent itself to a floor to ceiling windowed patio where the outdoor terrace and infinity pool was located. The pool was clean and overlooked the majestic blue and turquoise waters of the Bulobag Beach. Every aspect of staying here was convenient and most importantly easy. The staff was ready to help with anything we needed from calling in dinner to transporting us to the port at 4am.

This was the perfect stay for us. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.

This was a great place to stay.

When we first got in the first thing we noticed was the view from our place, it was just as one would imagine a trip to Boracay would be with the blue water and sky on full display. The house itself was just as good with all the luxuries we wanted complete with a “music video” feel, especially the pool. Upon check in everything was spotless and had that new house look, and when everyone got a chance to do the whole house-tour thing, trust me, nobody complained. Service-wise everything was as expected, no hiccups at all. One last thing is that the location was perfect for our group, because most of us didn’t want that loud touristy experience, so having this house tucked away in the hills was great for us. Again this was definitely a great place to stay!

Me and a large group of my extended family recently stayed in the Malibu Villa. We chose to stay here rather than a resort so we could be closer and get to know one another a bit and it worked out very well. We give the Villa and the staff a big 26 thumbs up! With incredible views, huge and eloquently adorned bedrooms, and large tastefully decorated common areas the pictures don’t do the place any justice.

The house is large enough for a big group without feeling crowded. The staff and owner are ready and willing to help you feel at home and give the impression that they are eager to make you feel welcome.

Malibu Villa is what you end up with when you combine a wonderful people, a beautiful island, gorgeous views and a luxurious estate. We would all very highly recommend the Villa.

We had a great time in Boracay at the Malibu Villa. Do not let other websites deter you, this is truly one of the greatest getaways my family took in a long time. Great views, staff and very professional managing. The home is fully equipped and the breakfast each morning was great. We enjoyed lounging pool side and being shuttled to De Mall each day for all sorts of beach activities. Coming home to the Mansion felt like we were rockstars, seeing the family enjoying the sun rises each morning and hanging out on the deck was great. Do not pass up this place, it was truly unforgettable.

I stayed in this villa with a group of friends in August 2012 for a long weekend. The villa is well maintained, the staff very helpful, and the views lovely. The location is reasonably convenient: the staff had two vehicles to drive us anywhere on the island within 10-20 minutes. The villa easily fits 10-15 people. Highly recommended!
