Newly upgraded,South Ocean Villas, Unit 401 is located on the 4th floor of a 7 Floor Condominium Building. This Mediterranean style condo is 1200 sq/ft and comes fully furnished to a high level standard. Centrally located on the South Coast of Barbados. South Oceans Villas is in the town of Hasting, Christ-Church. The unit is only 10 to 15 minutes away from the Airport. Many amenities are within a walking Distance from the Unit. Public transportation is safe and affordable, so a car is not essential during your stay. Our Villa will provide you with two comfortable rooms. The master bedroom room has its own bathroom en suite and the second bedroom comes with two twin beds.These twin beds can be combined inti a king size bed upon request. The living area is spacious and comfortable. There is also, a shared swimming pool and a large deck leading directly to the newly built Boardwalk. Loungers are available on the deck.

Accommodations are typically for up to 4 people but a sofa bed is available to accommodate 2 extra guests for a total of 6 guests. A wide selection of recreational activities and services are nearby. Beaches abound for every desire. Enjoy the magnificent view of the South Caribbean Ocean from the solarium with a cocktail of your choice. Come and experience the hospitality of the island! Exception: The interior photos for our ad are the unit before it was renovated. The unit has been upgraded and painted throughout. All the furniture has been replaced or re-upholstered. There are many new additions throughout.

About Owner/Property Manager

France and Wayne live in St-Lazare, Quebec Canada with their three teenage boys, Misty the dog and Thai the cat.There is also a sprinkling of fish in the pond. We live in the heart of the Boreal Forest amongst beautiful white pines.

We are self employed and have been in business for 18 years.

We look forward to renting and using our property which has been upgraded to our standards.

There are many reasons we chose our Barbados property. The beach, the weather and the lack of hurricanes are the primary reasons for purchasing this property. The stability of the Island and the friendly population are also main contributing factors. Flights are readily available from Canada and Bajan standards are modeled after British and North American standards so verything in pretty much compatable.

Wonderful Vacation at South Ocean Villas

We spent the month of February at this beautiful condo on the ocean. It is accurately described and depicted in the listing and pictures. This was our first time renting through VRBO and found the owners and their property management team, on location in Barbados, to be very helpful. This condo is very spacious, well designed, beautifully decorated and is right on the boardwalk which we walked every day. The condo overlooks the ocean and we watched turtles, surfers, fishermen and many walkers on the boardwalk from our balcony. The beach is adjacent to the condo. South Ocean Villas tenants have access to the beach chairs, restaurants and bars at the Coconut Court resort, a short walk away from the condo. We spent many days there enjoying the beach. We also enjoyed Carlisle Bay and Miami beaches which were a quick bus ride away. Restaurants and bars are numerous and within walking distance. Recommended restaurants include Shakers, up the side street from Bubba's. It offers delicious fish, chicken and ribs at very affordable prices. 39 Steps at the Amaryllis resort complex is very good. Bert's Bar offers good food while watching hockey and other sports. Blakey's on the boardwalk, has live music on Sunday nights. The Waterfront Cafe in Bridgetown has live Jazz on Thursday nights (reservations are recommended). We went on Ted's Tour of the island. Ted offers a full day tour which is very informative and entertaining! We willl return to Barbados again and will consider this condo and recommend it to others!

This villa is a vacationer's delight. The owners have paid attention to detail - the tasteful decor adds to the gorgeous views from the balconies; furnishings and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed. If you prefer not to cook, numerous restaurants are close by, many within walking distance. The unit is very clean throughout. Great location - public transit outside the front door, the boardwalk outside the back gate. The owners and on-site property managers couldn't have been nicer. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent apartment

A really fantastic apartment. Very well furnished, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens, very clean throughout. Super location right on the beach with a great ocean view too. Couldn't have been better, and excellent value as well. Owners and on site manager very nice to deal with.
