Great Stay at Le Ciel
My husband and I stayed at Le Ciel from 10-04-12 to 10-08-12, it was our first time there and we had a great time! The first night we got there the mini refrigerator stopped working and I called Jennifer (the agent that booked our room thru La Playa Resorts), she imediately had someone come and put in a new mini refrigerator!, however, the microwave needs to be replaced as well since it would over heat and stopped working, something I did not tell Jennifer otherwise she probably would have taking care of it, so FYI, ask for the microwave to be replaced! My other only complain is that the people at the front desk are not knowledgeable about anything, I asked for a Resort Brochure the first day we arrived and never got it!!!, asked for hot water and they said they could not get it for me!!!, really, they need people that are a little bit more helpful!, other than that the stay was great and I would definitely come back!!!
Owner's Response: Thank you so much for letting me know about the microwave - you're right - we would have taken care of it right away and will replace the microwave immediately.
The front desk staff does not work for us - they work for the onsite rental management company. If our guests have any issues whatsoever; they should call us at La Playa Resorts and we will take care of it. I'm sorry this happened and we will try harder to help our guests understand we are the ones responsible for their stay.
