Gorgeous Colorado River Condo. with a Hawaiian flair. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the casino lights as they dance across the water at night. View the river life from the master bedroon, livingroom and private patio. Launch your boat and watrcraft from the private launch ramp for a day of fun on the river. Ride the water taxi from the private dock to any one of the casinos on the river for a night of entertainment. Sunbathe on the two private islands with private beach area, or if you prefer soak up the sun at the pool. Two privategrassy islands with trees for the children to play on, or enjoy a picnic with friends and family or sunbathe on the sandy beaches. If you prefer sunbathe at the pool and jacuzzi area. Enjoy the many golf courses,restaraunts,shopping and water craft rentals close by. Just eight minutes away is the scenic Lake Mojave for your water recreation.

About Jack or Monica

We have had a place in Hawaii since 1987 and decided to sell it in 2008 and bought this beautiful new condo and shipped our Hawaiian furnishings here so we could have a piece of Hawaii on the Colorado River.

We now live in Boise Idaho and still use the condo as a get away. This is our second home and enjoy this area and all it has to offer.

We areretired and enjoy traveling with our two Shi Tzus, Harley and Sookie.

We are avid Harley Davidson riders and this is one of the reasons we chose the river valley to spend our leisure time.

Why Jack or Monica chose Bullhead City

We have been vacaioning in this area for the last 22 years before retiring and moving to Boise. We chose to buy this Condo because we still have children in San Diego and it is a short distance from San Diego and is convenient ly located between Boise and San Diego which allows us to spend Christmas and the Holidays with them We can also meet the family here for summertime activities .

It is a great place to come in the winter and get out of the cold.

We also enjoy riding our Harley Davidson and this area offers some incredible riding and scenic destinations.

What makes this condo unique

The beautiful view of the Colorado River and the lights from the casino's at night. In the summer this s a sun lovers paradise and the area has many beautiful golf courses for the golf enthusiasts.

We stayed January and February 2013, The Condo is beautifully furnished and equiped with anything and everything you need. Jack and Monica are great landlords and so helpful. The property is located right on the river and has a beautiful view of the river and the casinos. We had such a great stay we are renting again Jan, Feb and Mar 2014, Thank you Monica and Jack for sharing your home with us.

Amazing condo. Everything you need is there. Lovely decor. great location on the Colorado river with lots
of boat traffic, jet skiers, etc. Easy access to shops and the casino's. Would highly recommend this

This condo is immaculate. Warm, inviting, beautifully kept and had all the ammenities needed for an amazing stay. Property is fantastic and the neighbors are all friendly. Loved this place! We are definitely returning next year!

The residence was gorgeous. All the amenities of home. Extra large balcony with a beautiful view of the casinos in the evening. Private dock was great for launching watercraft. The private beach with the water break was a great swiming area for the children. The property, including the pool, was clean and well maintained. Would definetly recommend to a friend.

Words cannot describe what a great experience that we encountered at this beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated condo. It was truly one of the best relaxing vacations that we have ever had. Best nights sleep ever!

The internet pictures provide only a fraction of the beauty of this home. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. They provided a fully stocked library of dvds for the large screen tv. The mattresses were new and beyond comfortable. Rarely will you sleep so soundly while on vacation. All appliances are brand new and the well stocked kitchen will serve the best cooks! The view from the balcony will provide you with some of the best vacation pictures you can take. There is boating, jet skiing, fishing, shopping, a thirteen mile trip through the desert to the old mining town of Oatman where wild burros roam the streets, and the Casino's which are right across the Colorado River from your backdoor. All types of dining and cuisine are a short drive from the condo. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants more than what a hotel or casino has to offer!

We walked into this condo and knew right away we had picked the perfect place for our Family vacation. They provided all of the little things you may have forgot to bring. It was so cozy and decorated very nicely. Not to mention the gorgeous view from the balcony. We will definately return for another family vacation for years to come. We recently had the pleasure of staying at property#354145, the "Waterfont Luxury Condo." From the minute we walked in the front door we felt like we were at home. The condo is just as the owners described it, luxurious. From the beautiful decor, to the amazing views,we had a hard time closing the door to leave at the end of our stay. The owners also took amazing steps to ensure the comfort of their guests. Everytime we thought of something we needed, we opened a cupboard and there it was. We will definitely be back again and again to this gorgeous getaway!
