We had a great time staying at this condo during our recent trip to Florida. The directions that Marianne sent us were clear and it was easy to get the key. The place was spotless. The kitchen worked well for us as we made breakfast every morning. The condo is very close to grocery stores and many nice restaurants. Marianne gave directions to Disneyworld that avoids lots of traffic. The pool was very nice with heated water and a great hot tub that we enjoyed. We never heard noice from our neighbors. All in all it was perfect.

We had the best time staying at this condo. It was spotless. The kitchen was perfect for us as we made breakfast and sometimes one other meal. There are plenty of very nice restaurants within driving distance and lots of shopping. Disneyworld is just a hop away and the owners gave us directions to avoid the crowds. The pool is very nice, the water is heated and there is a great hot tub too. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. We never heard any noises from neighbors. Parking was never a problem. It was perfect.

We recently stayed at this lovely home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was located close to many restaurants and stores. Major attractions like disney were close by as well. The owner was very kind and helpful for making the booking of the property easy. I highly reccommend this property and if we are ever to go back to florida for vacation we will book this property again.

We stayed here during our recent visit to Disney. The owner was very responsive to email inquiries prior to our booking. She sent us everything we would need to know as soon as I made payment. We arrived and were able to let ourselves in, due to the key that the owner left for us. It was so nice not to have to go through a check-in process or be subjected to timeshare sales people, as we have experienced at other Orlando area condos! We found the condo sparkling clean and in great condition! In the kitchen we found a gift basket including essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, bath soap, even a sample of shampoo and conditioner! There are a total of 3 bedrooms: the master with queen bed and private bathroom with shower; two hallway bedrooms with a set of twin beds in each and a hallway bathroom. The mattresses are pretty firm, but didn't seem to bother anyone. There was toilet paper and bath soap left for us, as well as an ample supply of towels and washcloths. There is a laundry closet, with laundry detergent provided, in the main hallway which we used to wash towels and to wash our clothes before we went home. In the kitchen, we found dishwasher detergent as well as dish washing liquid. The condo property is very quiet, with a small pond just outside this unit. A short walk up the sidewalk, we found the pool and clubhouse, along with a playground and picnic table. I took the kids to the pool area, and before they could step into the hot tub, the security guard came outside from the clubhouse and politely notified me that hot tub users must be over 18. I then noted that the sign next to the hot tub said no users under 16; either way, our children were too young to use it. The pool is small, but a great place to cool off at the end of a hot day! We were in the area to visit Disney, and this location was very convenient. Far enough to be very quiet and more homey - we even saw deer along the roadside coming home later at night. It is located close to a drugstore, grocery store, and many restaurants and gift shops. We visited the first week of October, so the traffic was not an issue for us at all. We find October to be a great time to visit Disney! The parks were not crowded and we didn't experience any long waits and the weather was very cooperative! The owner of this unit is very pleasant and responsive to any inquiries, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. We will stay here again soon!

This condo had everything that my family and I could ever want and more. It was clean and the owner Marianne was there whenever we needed anything. We will be returning soon and I will come back to this condo. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Disney and SeaWorld. The condo had everything we required and needed for a pleasant stay. The only setback we had was that the owner didn't give us the code for the Clubhouse, but there were some friendly people inside that told us how to use the keypad.
All in all, a great place to stay!

I had my 2 grand kids with me they love this unit. They felt at home. Everything was so clean and perfect. The nice thing about the location was you had everything you needed just mins, away. The club house had a pool table. The pool area was nice and clean. I could not ask for a better place. We saved a lot of money cooking at home doing luandry. I would rebook this unit for my next trip to Florida
