My family spent two night in this bright, clean, fairly new patio home in Swannonoa. At first it seemed a bit off the beaten track, but we came to realize that we were within 15 minutes of just about any activity in the Asheville area. The owner was very responsive to questions and promptly refunded out security deposit after we checked out. Dogs were welcome! We will be using this property again.

This is our second stay at this property and we would come back again. It's very convenient to Asheville and Black Mountain and close to I-40. The garage is a plus - just pull in and unload your things without worrying about cold or rainy weather. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need and the owner leaves extras such as paper towels, laundry detergent...etc. It's very clean and the gas fireplace adds to the coziness.

We traveled to the area in order to attend a family celebration. While we typically stay with family we were unable to do so during this trip due to a large number of guests attending from out-of-state. My husband and I along with my brother, his wife and their two teenage children rented this property for two evenings. We are at a place in our life where we really don't enjoy "roughing it" while travelling. What a lovely place! The pictures really do not do it justice. The home is clean and spacious with lovely views of the mountains. The loft area has a table with games. The bedrooms are quite spacious with large closets. Each closet has been outfitted with organizers and has plenty of hangers. Each bedroom also has ample dresser space. The upstairs bathroom is connected to both bedrooms and has a large counter with two sinks and a large linen closet. There is also ample storage space under the sink. We shared the bath with my niece and nephew and had plenty of space for all of our toiletries. It was chilly during our visit so we appreciated the use of the attached two car garage. With keyless entry to the home there was no hassle in obtaining a key. Although you cannot see it in these photos there is a large dining room table with plenty of chairs which is nice for meals. The property is clean and well cared for. The location feels private but is very close to interstate access as well as a grocery store. Due to the weather we did not use the patio, but there is a nice patio area with a table & chairs. In warmer weather I'd be enjoying my breakfast on the patio! There is plenty of light in the home - both natural and with lighting fixtures, yet it is not too light for an excellent night of sleep. The beds are comfortable. This is a quality property and you won't be disappointed. If you have an infant there is ample room for a portable crib in each bedroom area. The set up is versatile for use in all stages of your family.

This was a great rental that was very close to all that Asheville has to offer. The furnishings were very comfortable and the house was fully stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights and this home met our needs perfectly. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the garage was an extra bonus; especially in the cold weather. The gas fireplace added to the coziness. I checked my e-mail that evening when we arrived home and my security deposit had already been refunded. The location was perfect - between Black Mountain and Asheville and easily accessible to I-40. We will definitely stay here again when we come to the area.

My family stayed in this property over the holidays. It was sparkling clean with nice linens and comfy mattresses. The owner had decorated for Christmas so it was cozy on Christmas morning for the four of us but was large enough with enough dishes, silverware and glasses to have my larger family for an after Christmas dinner party! I would recommend the property to my friends and would love to stay there again.

We had a lovely experience at the Swannanoa home. It was our first HomeAway experience. Everything was as advertised, actually better. Comfy mattresses good linens, well stocked kitchen. Small enough to feel cozy. Large enough for a dinner party! Would definitely stay there again!
