We stayed in Rita's beautiful apartment for 5 nights in April 2013. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The neighborhood was ideal - not touristy, more of a local neighborhood with restaurants, markets, everything you need very close by. The apartment was so special - we loved it. There were only 2 of us, so it was plenty spacious and we felt very, very safe there. The bedroom upstairs was cozy, the living room was plenty big with cable TV that worked and a nice sleeper sofa. The kitchen was where we spent most of our time. I set up my laptop at the table and had great internet, we cooked several meals and we felt "very Italian" although it was our first trip to Italy. Rita was so friendly, it was like we were renting from a friend. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with blankets, pillows, and all the kitchen utensils. Our next trip to Italy will be based on the availability of this apartment - we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Florence!

The flat is very nice, comfortable and well positioned, very central and close to the most interesting museums and churches of Florence. Rita is very helpful, speaks a perfect English, full of tips and suggestions, problem solving and always available. We had a great time in this flat and we really recommend it, it’s perfect and very comfortable! We’ll surely come back!

I stayed at Brancacci Apartment in late October 2012 with my two children. The location is just excellent, in a charming historic square steps from an important church/fresco, in a quiet part of the center, but an easy walk to everything you want to do on either side of the river. Rita was very flexible and cheerful about our arrival (we were driving and it took longer than expected) and had nice snacks and drinks in the apartment for us. The apartment was perfect for us - my 14 year old daughter and I slept in the comfortable bed upstairs, and my 10 year old son used the pull-out sofa on the ground floor. Rita was very helpful located a garage for my car, which we kept parked the entire visit. The price was a real bargain, particularly for the location. An excellent choice for the budget conscious traveler.

I had the nicest time at this apartment which is within walking distance from all the main sights, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and all the others.
It is a very nicely laid apartment, with a charming bedroom at the top of the spiral staircase.
The sitting room is well lighted  with the big window and nicely decorated, and the kitchen is spacious and beautiful.  
The location is very good with a lot of nice restaurants and less tourists than on the other side of the river.
Rita is very nice and helpful, spicks  good English, and gave us many good tips.

I had the best time staying at this apartment. It is perfect for visiting Florence; so close to everything you want to see and do but, far enough away that you are not in the middle of the touristy areas. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Rita is very friendly and helpful and the apartment is clean and well taken care of. There are a few really great places to eat nearby especially NapoLeone and Dante. Next time I am in Florence, I will definitely want to stay here again. Thanks Rita!

A fabulous little apartment, ideal for a couple who want a base close to everything they want to see in the City. Within walking distance to all the main sights, the Ponte Vecchio, the Palazzo Pitti, Uffizi Gallery, the Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo etc. Ideally placed for a stroll to the train station for a day trip to Pisa or Rome. A nicely laid out apartment, with a lovely little bedroom at the top of the spiral staircase, and the spacious kitchen at the bottom. Rita is a lovely, helpful woman, full of tips, and willing to help out any way she can. Dante's restaurant on the corner towards the Ponte alla Carraia is worth the trip alone!

I recently stayed in this apartment, and it was great! I loved the fact that it was across from a very popular restaurant, so each night I could hear live music through my windows. The apartment was in the perfect location to walk everywhere. My favorite restaurant Dante's was right up the street; definitely give it a try. I loved coming home to this place after a day out, and sometimes I just stayed in most of the day. It really felt like home to me; I enjoyed being there. And Rita was really sweet and friendly, and available when I needed her. All the way through, it was a painless transaction. I can't wait to return to Italy!

Rita is a wonderful person who speaks excellent English. She was most helpful and responded to problems promptly, even on weekends e.g. when the air conditioner needed repairs. This is a quaint apartment on three levels with a quality bed, close to everything you could possibly want, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay!
