The apartment is located at Rua Julio de Castilhos in the corner of Rua Raul Pompeia on the twelfth floor two blocks from the beach.

Livingroom with sofa-bed (120 cm wide), ceiling fan and air-conditioning placed close to the livingroom.

Fully equipped kitchen integrated with the livingroom, gas-stove, micro-wave and coffee making machine.

The bedroom has ceiling fan och double bed (130 cm wide) with springing-mattress of high quality.

Bathroom with washing machine and gas heated water to shower.

Access to broadband internet by cable and WIFI (1 mega), telephone for local calls.

I am a registered tourist guide from Sweden and have been living in Rio de Janeiro since 1999.

Apartamento excelente para 4 a 5 pessoas,muito arejado,todo mobiliado,limpo,água quente no banheiro e cozinha.
TV a cabo,internet,telefone,ar condicionado,ventilador de teto.
Prédio com elevadores e porteiros 24 horas.
ótima localização,a menos de 2 quadras da praia,perto de bares,padaria,farmácia,bancos,supermercados e restaurantes.
O proprietário é uma simpatia e super atencioso.
ADOREI.
Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma
