House is in Wonderful Hot Springs Village, which is a gated recreational community. HSV is a hidden gem that many families return to yearly for their vacations and many golfers frequent seasonally. It is an absolutely beautiful mountainous area with lots and lots of hills, beautiful trees and wildlife. The area provides a very relaxing and peaceful vacation for some while others can enjoy the activities without crowds, even in summertime or during holidays. As a guest staying at HSV, you can choose to play from any of HSV's 8 championship golf courses or visit any of our 11 lakes, 2 beaches and 2 marinas with recreational activities such as fishing, swimming and boating. You may also hike or bike on over 26 miles of wooded trails. There is also an outdoor pool complex, a playground area with mini-golf, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts and Coronado Fitness Center with an indoor pool, spa, and clay tennis courts. Just 30 minutes away is the popular tourist destinations of Hot Springs and also Ouachita National Forest with Ouachita Lake and Marina and Ouachita Mountain State Park. Little Rock is less than 1 hr away.

This new vacation rental has LUXURY FURNISHINGS. Home is a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Rooms are HUGE and ceilings and windows very TALL. The main living room is a HUGE Room with Brand New HUGE Down Filled Sectional and New HUGE Leather Ottoman. Main dining table seats 8 inside. Ark room table seats 4 more. Both inside dining tables have awesome lake views. Patio table seats 6 on patio. There is also another table lakeside with 4 chairs. On Master patio, there is a table seating 4 people and double chaise lounge.

We sleep 8-10 people - 3 king beds in the 3 bedrooms; A double futon with innerspring mattress in Arkansas room for those who want to wake up 'on the lake'. Arkansas room will also have blackout shades if you don't want to wake up too early. We also have a daybed w/ another twin mattress stored underneath in a bedroom.

We are within 5 minutes from all the newer golf courses at HSV. We have iron and ironing board for the perfect golfer attire. We also have the Golf channel on our TV's.

We just started renting this property Summer 2012. We have new stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. We have a new Electrolux Washer and Dryer if you want to try one out. Of course, brand new comfy bedding and new comfy towels. New Simmons Beautyrest Mattresses on all the beds.

We have 5 TV's each with a DVR so you can easily record your favorite shows. There are TVs in every bedroom and 2 of the bedroom's TVs also have built in DVD players. House has the new DISH Hopper DVRs that come with some new great DVR features. The DISH Hopper automatically saves all recent prime time shows and if you choose to watch the prime time show after the day the show aired, you can choose to skip commercials. We subscribe to Dish Package 'America's Top 200 w/ HD' which includes the Golf channel. We also provide DVD movies and board games for your entertainment.

We have a paddle boat for 3 people and tandem kayak for 2 people provided for our guests during warmer months to explore and have fun on Lake Isabella.

For grilling FUN, we have a new Weber Gas Grill with Sear Station on the back patio. It is a wonderful grill that warms up very fast and gets very hot to help those men to be able to boast about that wonderful food they prepared for your vacation.

There is a Silver Extreme Ping Pong Table and a Shuffleboard Table in garage. We have a Hammock and Fire Pit with 4 more Chairs set up Lakeside. We also have 2 more Chaise Lounge Chairs Lakeside and also have a 2 Person Swing set up Lakeside for Sunset Viewing.

We are right off Isabella golf course in a VERY NICE and NEW neighborhood. It's fun to walk around and just look at the wonderful yards and houses. Also the streets in our neighborhood aren't too hilly for riding bikes. And after golfing hours, you can walk and ride bikes on golf cart paths of Isabella Golf Course. The back yards of these houses are amazing also.

There is a lot of wildlife to be viewed from inside house or on the patios. There is an undeveloped nature area directly across the lake. You will see many birds, ducks and geese flying around lake. You also can see golfers across lake from main patio or Arkansas room. Binoculars are provided in Arkansas room.

You can swim, kayak and fish in Lake Isabella. Boat traffic is minimal, so very safe. The boat speed limit for the lake is no wake - there are just pontoon boats and fishing boats. You feel safe even swimming the center of the lake usually. One of our swim areas off our house is very level at around 4 ft deep for about 30 ft from the steps and wall. Makes a very good area for older kids to play in the lake.

Isabella is known as a great fishing lake. You can easily fish many areas/directions from our seawall.

In the back of the house, you really feel like you have your own lake. There is really only one house in view from the back of our house. You will mainly be viewing a wildlife area from the back of our house. Also our two huge back patios provide much shade and face right direction to catch south wind for cooler summers. Both patios are shaded all day except during winter when you want the sun.

House is very easy access to east gate. Just inside the east gate. This means you have a grocery store just 5 minutes away.

Many of our favorite things to do in HSV are within 5 minutes from this house: The newer golf courses are in this area and very close to our house. The only waterfront restaurant at HSV is also very close. They are famous for their buffalo burgers. This is only restaurant in HSV you can eat or come to have drinks on a patio overlooking the lake. And Balboa Beach, which is HSV's best swim beach, is also very close and it has a sandy beach. There is also a restaurant that was built for a great golf course view where you can also eat or have drinks on their patio. Also, HSV's favorite walking trail for scenery and wildlife. It is an easy short trail where you walk along a swamp looking area and usually see wildlife.

Our house is stocked with area information and brochures for our guests. We also created 'Things to do' and 'Favorite Restaurants' sheets to help our guests know what has been popular. We have a long time HSV resident our guests can call for activity and restaurant information.

If you love the outdoors, this area provides ample opportunities of new and different activities, and with a backdrop of those beautiful Ouachita Mountains. Anyone who loves outdoors activities will feel at home and probably fall in love with the area. If you are into hiking, golfing, boating, fishing, you could easily spend a month in this area and still have new things to do. There are also many activities in close by Hot Springs and Little Rock.

And then you have our wonderful house to relax and rejuvenate in. It is a wonderful combination.

HOT SPRINGS is a great tourist destination with the Historic Bath House Row, Hot Springs National Park, Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, Oaklawn Thoroughbred Horse Racing, Garvin Woodland Botanical Gardens (210 Acres), Mid-America Science Museum, Fine Art Galleries, Ride the Ducks, Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine and many other Hot Springs' shows and museums.

LAKE OUACHITA MARINA and OUACHITA MOUNTAIN STATE PARK in the Ouachita National Forest boasts many outdoor activities. Lake Ouachita is the largest lake in Arkansas. The beautiful clear waters are ideal for swimming, water skiing, tubing, fishing and cruising along the myriad of islands and coves. The lake is known for having large fish and hosts numerous Bass tournaments annually and also produces lots of stripers, crappie, blue gill, red-ear, catfish and walleye. The Ouachita Mountains are known for their scenic drives and ATV trails for all skill levels, rugged mountain trails for mountain biking and hiking, scenic bluffs for hang gliding and paragliding, pristine rivers lakes and creeks for canoeing and kayaking, and rocky cliffs for rock climbing and rappelling and sailing.

Then there is also Little Rock and its sightseeing and shopping less than 1 hour away.
