*** Beachfront luxury apartment *** Condominium Pelican Reef in Corcega beach, Rincon. The best Ocean views from your own balcony! Modern furniture and well decorated apartment. Fixtures in S.S. , wine cooler, granites counter tops and back splash in the entire Kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms with marble and granite tops, moldings, curtains, shutters and air conditioning throughout the apartment. Two (2) T.V's one 42' in the living room and one 46' in the master bedroom, all with premium cable TV channels and Blue-Ray Players. Wi-Fi in all the apartment, iPod/iPhone dock BOSE sound system. Two (2) Queen size beds and one (1) Twin size air mattress.

Two (2) swimming pool,two (2) gazebos with BBQ Water tank, electric generator, 2 elevators and access control. The apartment has 2 covered parking, laundry area inside the apartment. BEST OF THE AREA OF RINCON!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

My husband,myself and kids 15,12,9 stayed for 4 glorious nights in Javier's beautiful condo. Let's just say we should have stayed our full 8 days!The condo had 2 big tvs with cable,tivo,dvd player, so before bed we were able to watch all of our American shows. The condo is beautiful,spotless, has fabulous decor and amenities. The people we saw at condo were all Americans and SUPER nice and friendly. Rincon is an awesome town with awesome people and this condo is located close to everything. We grocery shopped at both Edwards(higher end) and Econo(nice too) and they are both great! Javier has every possible kitchen tool you can think of. Even juiced oranges and grapefruit for breakfast. Washer and dryer are the Best TO HAVE! Did all our laundry before bed. We spent the days body surfing in front of condo, took a day trip on a rainy day to Camuy Caves which was incredible. Went to Black Eagle Marina to parasail and ate from food trucks. Our favorite restaurant for dinner was Villa Cofresi...incredible sunset and party atmosphere on weekend. They have a great pirate drink in a coconut. Got fresh fish ,steak and onions...super yummy. Ate at Tamboo too and they have a crazy surf to watch...food not as good though. Looking for a cheap dinner? Church's fried chicken...2 mins away.. $21.00 to feed a family of 5 and absolutely delicious. We wish they had Churches in Minnesota! Tried to take surf lessons, but didn't get calls back for 3-4 days...Actually glad we didn't because it was so fun to just chill...But beware to book stuff before if you do want to take. Could NOT ask for a better trip and we cant wait to go back in 2 years. Thank you Javier for letting us use your AMAZING property!!!!!

This apartment worked perfectly for us. It is very comfortable and perfectly situated. Great sunsets and quiet at night. A relaxing 2 weeks with absolutely no drama or interference. Unfortunately the beach seems to be eroding out front but it looks like there are a few more good years left. We like being close to the Deportivo also as we are tennis players and the courts are being well-maintained for the moment.

About the beach I went today and it was even more beach space than 6 years ago when I buy the property, that depends on the weather conditions. Unfortunate we can not control that.

THE Perfect Place to Relax

This is the perfect two bedroom apartment for families who love the beach. My two teens had a blast snorkeling, swimming, shelling and getting to know the condo residents who were super friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very clean, very well maintained, nice pool and complete with cable and WiFi. This is a very secure unit with multiple security precautions, and we always felt perfectly safe. Beautiful sunsets, very easy and close drive to groceries, restaurants and bakeries, and other Rincon beaches and lighthouse. Very fast communications with the owner via text or phone. We loved it. One of the best vacations ever!

I cannot say anything but the best about Javier's condo, which my friends and I called our home for the period of December 21-26. The apartment is modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beach view is absolutely breathtaking. The location cannot be beat - close to Rafael Hernandez airport, as well as all other hotels and major intersections (important to us since we were there for a wedding). It was an absolute pleasure to leave with just a key, go paddle boarding, come back, and enjoy the sunset. I know I will be visiting Rincon again and Pelican Reef condos will be first on my list!

What a wonderful condo...from breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean to the fantastic sunsets, this is the perfect hideaway. Everything you need is provided and is first class, the decor is superb, rivals any 4 Star Hotel. Rincon is a hidden gem on the West Coast of PR, fun restaurants, wonderful little bakeries where you can "over indulge" on the those breakfast pastries.
Javier...we loved the condo and loved your little slice of Paradise....thanks.

Amazing Place in Rincon

Amazing Place!!! Had all amenities as our home. Very elegant place and very clean, exactly as depicted in the photos. This is really an spectacular beach property. Defenitely we would love to stay in that place again!
