We really enjoyed our stay in the Condo, including the friendly complex and neighbors and the great amenities. Our teenage sons enjoyed playing at the beach every day--the boogie boards in the outdoor porch were a hit! We recommend purchasing a Beach Pass so you can drive around the beaches. We drove to Mustang Island--it was beautiful---miles and miles of beach! We visited King Ranch and it was great: full of history! We recommend spending one day in San Antonio to see the Alamo and RIverwalk. Snoopy's offered excellent seafood in a relaxed indoor or outdoor dining area. Very friendly neighbors--they helped us grill at the community charcoal grills one night.

Our family recently had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was very clean and had a fun beachy theme. Plus, it was so close to the beach. We would definetly stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful few days,

We hadn't taken a trip in awhile, and we were gambling on the condo vs. hotel rental...let me tell you, we made the best choice on this condo vacation. We had never done a condo and this place was quite quaint. Great artwork, it really was a home away from home. We have 3 children and it was very much affordable and is a very convenient distance from the beach. We had lots of beach time without the crowd on the Thursday and Friday...Saturday & Sunday were a bit more crowded, which was to be expected. The owner keeps the place very neat & is a very pleasant person to deal with, the kitchen had everything we needed for dinners and had plenty of counter and cabinet space for your extra staples. There are stores, restaurants & activities nearby. I totally recommend this condo to everyone and their families. The outdoor closet was such a bonus for the children! There were beach toys and water boards and extra chairs included with the rental. We had six in our group and we were all very comfortable! Thank you so much for such a desirable stay...we truly enjoyed ourselves. We will most definitely see you next year! --Johanna

Everything was awesome! We had a great time and the condo was just perfect for our young family. The complex was very neat and clean and the condo was spectacular! It was spotless, well organized and neatly decorated. It had everything we needed to cook, plenty of beach/pool toys, and was very spacious. We were very impressed and will definitely stay again.

We came with our 3 teens for a short beach vacation and were so pleased. The condo is certainly close enough for quick walk to the beach; we like the peacefulness of the island and proximity to the National Seashore. The condo itself was nice and roomy and had all the amenities we could want. It was clean and furnished so nicely. Thanks for a lovely time.
Padre Pizza and Padre Island Burger Company were fabulous. Just off the island, Snoopy's is a must-do.

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was very nice. Just as is was described in the listing -- very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Melinda was very easy to communicate with both prior to and during our stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool and pond for fishing. Our children loved everything and the boogie boards, beach toys and crabbing nets were a nice extra! We had a great trip. Thank you!

The condo was neatly organized with everything needed for the beach including great books to read, family board games, and small children activity blocks. Coffee pot, ground coffee, and filters ready for use "very important"! cleaning supplies ready for use to include vacuum, enough towels for bathing and beach towels. Washer and Dryer to include detergent provided. Boogie boards, crab fishing nets, no need to spend extra money for these items because it is all there for you to use. My family and I felt right at home and the people around the complex are very nice. We will come back to this place again very soon. WE all slept comfortably, we will return to this place again.
