Just got back from 2 weeks at this wonderful condo.It has a magnificent view and is only a few steps to the beach. It is kept spotlessly clean (we have stayed in many and this was the cleanest we've ever
seen) The owners take great pride in their unit and it shows. The king bed was very comfortable and the
room spacious with lots of storage ( thank you for having lots of hangers) Kitchen was really big but open to dining and living rooms with the same great view. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. The furnishings and decor of very high quality. You feel like you're at home. My husband also enjoyed the complex's indoor pool which is also kept very wellWe very much enjoyed having lunch out on the spacious balcony. We want to thank Vasu for his hospitality and would love to come back in the near future. Thanks again.

I recently stayed in this condo for a 40th birthday girls' weekend. This condo is in an excellent location, has a perfect view, and is well maintained. The owner was great to work with before we arrived, even better afterwards. We got to the condo about 9:30 Friday night to find that there had been an unusual mix-up in the cleaning schedule and the condo had not been cleaned. I called Vasu right away and he contacted the cleaning crew and took care of everything. He even called later in the weekend to check on us. Thanks to this wonderful and caring owner, the cleaning snafu (and even Hurricane Sandy!) didn't put a damper on our fun! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo! The condo looked just like the pictures in the VRBO posting. It was one of the cleanest condos we have every stay in and we have stayed in many. The kitchen was also very well equipped. The owners were prompt in answering emails and sending back the deposit. We would definitely recommend your condo to others.

This condo is very cozy. The living room has two sofas, and it was nice for everyone to be able to relax while watching the waves crash against the shore. I like the second level unit.

The parking is directly under the building, and some of it is covered. The elevator ride up and the short walk to the room was very convenient. This complex has luggage carts and shopping carts for your convenience. The trash disposal area is just outside the condo, along with a set of stairs. I love that you just walk up to the door and enter the code. You do not have to keep up with keys or cards all week long. The pool is indoors and lovely on a rainy day. It was very clean and large enough for several families to enjoy at once.

The guest bedroom was perfect for my two year old daughter. We used the DVD player and television in that room a few times. The television is mounted on the wall. The bathrooms are in great condition.

The master bedroom is fabulous! I always look for a mattress as comfortable as home, and I think this one is better than our mattress at home. You do not even have to leave the sliding glass door cracked at night to hear the ocean. The waves are so close.. The owner provides a floor fan in the master bedroom, and we love a fan at night.

The dining room, living room, and bedrooms all have great carpet. The kitchen and foyer areas have tile. Our daughter would rest and nap on the master bed while she watched Clifford's Really Big Movie, Sleeping Beauty, and Elmo! The DVD collection was great! There is truly something for everyone.

The beach toys and chairs were great. There is an extra large chair for the tall guy in your family. We rented an umbrella for the week and used the chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys provided. We take our own pan, utensils, and Pyrex dish when we go on vacation, but we didn't need to with this rental. Everything was great and in good working condition for us. The wireless was nice because I had to work some during the week.

We go to North Myrtle about twice a year, and this is my new favorite rental. The owners are excellent to work with, and the location is perfect! Hamburger Joe's, Barefoot, Putt-Putt Golf, Outlets and shows are just up the street. We usually stay several miles north around Ocean Drive, but this location is so much better in relation to the things we love to do.

If I owned a condo, it would look like this unit! We had a great time celebrating our daughter's second birthday! Thanks so much!

We have stayed in other condos at Seawinds. Bar none, this is cleanest and best maintained condo. The decor is modern and attractive. Seawinds 202 is well-stocked, the beds are comfy, and the showers have excellent pressure. All of the appliances work properly. We couldn't have asked for more. Seawinds 202 is truly a home away from home. We love the location. It easy to travel up to Cherry Grove and south to Murrells Inlet. Tanger Outlets is only a couple of miles down the road. You can walk to Hamburger Joe's. Make sure to try their wings, onion rings, and cheeseburgers. Barefoot Landing is just across Hwy 17 and is full of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We had the most relaxing, carefree vacation at North Myrtle Beach, ever. I highly recommend you stay in condo 202!!!

My family of 5 recently stayed in this condo. From the very beginning, the owner always responded quickly and stayed in contact to ensure we were having a nice vacation. You really can't get much closer to the beach and even better, the water. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The building is well-maintained and plenty of parking. We enjoyed using the indoor pool/jacuzzi as a break from the heat. It is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach which has restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There's plenty to do in the area as well as in Myrtle Beach. Many of these attractions can be expensive, especially for the quality, but that's par for a tourist area. Lots of golf and shopping opportunities. It's a fun, safe area. I wouldn't recommend Myrtle Beach, but North Myrtle Beach is the place to stay.

Great stay and location close to shopping and amenities. Condo was wonderfully furnished and clean. Owner was a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

We booked the condo for 10th of June and we arrived on Sunday. The condo was decorated very nice and it was right on the beach. The owner was very inviting and was very helpful. This condo has it all. The owner already had beach chairs for the beach and sand toys and boogie boards. The condo was immaculate. The view from the balacony was breath taking. The pool was great on raining day. I would recommend this condo to anyone. I am looking to go back in september. I give this condo 5 stars. I was very pleased and you will be too.
