As former residents of Boulder, we knew that a downtown location would be a good place for our weeklong stay. We were so right! It was a delightful spot. The condo is roomy, very clean, and well stocked. Although the photos are accurate, they cannot do full justice to the details of the condo.
The owner was in close contact throughout the planning process. She was also very accessible during our stay. She had provided a packet of information about the condo, and Boulder. I would recommend using this information if you are a "newbie" to the Boulder area.
Because Boulder is a "walking" city, the location is perfect. It is a very short distance to the Pearl Street pedestrian mall where you will find numerous restaurant, pubs and shops. Even with the proximity to downtown, the condo had a quiet feel. Oh, and did I mention the views!!!!
I would recommend this property to anyone!

As former residents of Boulder, we thought it would be a good idea to plan our stay in a downtown location. We were so right! The Spruce Street condo was a perfect spot for myself, husband and 24 year old son. The condo is roomy, very clean and well stocked for all our needs.
The photos in the promo are accurate, but cannot show all the wonderful details of the property.
The owner stays in contact throughout the planning stage, and gives lots of helpful hints about the Boulder area. She was very responsive during our stay as well.
The location of the condo is idea. Boulder is a "walking" city, and restaurants, pubs and stores are an easy walk. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at your home and enjoyed Flatiron view. Comfortable, well-stocked and great central location! Parking a bonus. For coffee lovers - close to Laughing Goat (always guaranteed great expresso and scones!) and Boxcar Cafe. Best of all, I was able to get a fabulous photo of George Hincapie as he came down Spruce Street with the peloton for 2012 Pro-Am Challenge in his last race before retirement!

Great location, amazing views, was a great home base for our family as we moved our son into his dorm at CU. Very comfortable unit, well stocked kitchen, we really felt at home. We loved walking to Pearl St and all the great restaurants and shopping.

Great location, one block off Pearl and Pearl Street Mall. Very clean and well appointed. Owner showed care in making sure all needs were met. Waking up in with morning coffee on the front veranda overlooking the front range and flat irons was amazing. The back patio was great for family entertaining.

I can tell you that this rental is the one of the best Boulder has to offer. I should know - I grew up in Boulder, graduated from Fairview HS and then CU, bought a house, got married and had both of my kids there. Because of our history, we wanted a property in a location we knew well while we were in town. My husband and I had a lot to accomplish during our visit of 5 days: a large 30th anniversary party at the Boulderado, a 29th birthday party for our son (who was coming with his 3 month old from Florida), an engagement celebration, Boulder and Fairview's 35th class reunions, and connecting with a lot of family and friends. Since we live in New England; we had to be sure that the apartment's location, size and amenities were as promised. They were. The interior was actually bigger than it looked in the photos. The crib was set up at the perfect height for the baby, and baby wipes had been left in the closet. The kitchen was very well-appointed - we especially appreciated that coffee and tea were provided. I have never stayed at a VRBO that had quality cookbooks, spices, cloth napkins, and small appliances; however, this one did! The feature we enjoyed the most was the deck. After the party at the hotel, which was several blocks away, we invited about 12 guests to join us for drinks. The outdoor area was private and accommodated all of us nicely. The party lights are a nice touch. The deck overlooks the Gondolier restaurant (SE corner of 16th & Pearl), a Boulder institution for decades, although it wasn't always in this location. The restaurant's food, service, and ambiance are wonderful. It is reasonably-priced and can accommodate large groups and families. Not to take anything away from the author of a previous review, but Lucille's Cajun Cafe, a block and a half away on 14th between Spruce and Pine, is the best place to go for breakfast. Enjoying melt-in-your-mouth biscuits, fresh-squeezed OJ, red beans with rice, and an order of beignet in a converted home is a great way to start the day. I suggest getting there at 7 to avoid the long lines. My husband and I found Jennifer very responsive, both quick to address our needs and answer our questions. She checked in shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend her and this property to anyone wishing to enjoy Boulder at its best.

My girlfriend and I were in town for a destination wedding and stayed at this property with another couple for just under a week. Its best feature is its location: You are one block off of Pearl Street, which puts you as close as you'd want to be to all the action, but far enough away that you can retreat to a quiet spot when you need some rest. (Make sure, by the way, that you check out Snooze, the hip--and cheap--breakfast spot right down the block. We went back four times in a week.) The deck off the master bedroom is also a nice feature: We ended up entertaining some other folks who were in town in that space. The apartment has everything you'll need for a lengthy vacation. It's not big, but it's roomy enough to provide a relaxing place to crash every night and, if you're like us, you won't be in Boulder to spend a ton of time inside anyway. My only (minor) criticisms are that we couldn't find an ironing board (although we did find an iron) and the second bedroom can get pretty hot in the middle of the summer (though the other areas of the apartment have A/C units. Overall, a great place to stay!

My family of 5 stayed during Colorado univ. orientation. The condo was perfect, very quiet with wonderful views from the balconies. We enjoyed a dinner on the balcony one evening under the beer garden lights. The place is extremely close to walk to pearl st. for morning coffee, shops, many great restaurants, bike rental,etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable with all amenities one would need. Jennifer was great to work with, always available and helpful with restaurants and anything else.This is a gem-- I plan to return when visiting daughter at CU.
