My husband and I spent 7 nights at Villa Paraiso with our 8 month old son and my parents. We had a wonderful time! The Villa was better than we could have expected-the pictures do not do it justice! It is in a spectacular location and the view from the patio is amazing. We also enjoyed all of the amenities of the Ritz Carlton property. It was great being able to use the amenities when we desired and relax at the Villa in the comfort of our own space when we wanted to. Truly the best of both worlds!! Our son had a wonderful time playing in the yard and out on the patio as well as swimming both in the beautiful pools on the property and the ocean. We had wonderful meals on the property and also had plenty of opportunities to stay in and cook at the Villa while we relaxed. This was a perfect vacation for our family and exactly what we were looking for! Lily and Dave were wonderful in assisting us plan and enjoy our stay. We definitely hope to be back soon!

What a pleasure to be in Dorado Beach in under 6 hours door to door for us. The convenience and ease of travel made the beginning of our vacation so easy. We brought our 3 sons and another family and had plenty of room. The home is spacious, clean and well appointed. The bedding (something I am always skeptical of) was wonderful, abundant pillows and fluffy duvets abounded. The biggest gem was the view from the backyard and the two master suites. The yard was huge and very private. I woke every morning and read by the ocean while listening to the sounds of the homes built in fountain. We had so much fun exploring the preserve and after 6 days still did not see it all. I am a runner so the trails were great and safe and gorgeous and the Dorado Beach clubs gym was one of the nicest I've seen. I did not have a spa treatment at the Ritz Spa Botanical, but walked around it and felt like a celebrity on vacation. The brand new (3month old) Ritz Carlton was over the top, a bit pricey for a burger, but well worth it for the ambiance and beauty of the decor and surroundings. We cannot wait to go back. My boys swam and surfed (went to Rincon for the day for the big waves), and they were even able to take in a baseball game in San Juan, a 30 minute trip away. I stayed back with my girlfriend and shopped in the Ritz shop and relaxed by the infinity pool. Absolutely magical. Thank you to the homeowners who greeted us upon our arrival and were able to walk us through the house. They were extremely helpful and kind. We are grateful to have had this wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Dorado Beach is a special place. We had 9 in our group with ages from 2 to 64. There was more than enough room in the villa for all of us. The ocean was spectacular and the facilities at the beach club and at the Watermill were terrific. All the staff including security, grounds, and the resort were very helpful and courteous.

David and Lilly were wonderful landlords and were helpful before and during our stay. Dave took us on a tour of the entire resort upon our arrival. The villa is furnished very nicely and has all the amenities anyone would want.

We are already planning a return next year.

We had a fabulous time! The home is beautiful, better than the pictures and very spacious. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Lilly went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She gave great ideas for eating out and even gave us a tour of the grounds. We would definitely recommend this home to families/large parties.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a special location. The owner took the time to show us every detail of her home and also the beautiful grounds of the club. The comfort of this villa was amazing! The high end furniture, extremely comfortable beds, and quiet quarters made our stay a more relaxing one. Access to the club was well worth the membership and the 3 golf courses exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this villa to anyone who appreciates the benefits of a safe gated resort area. We will definitely be back for a second visit.

Gorgeous home! The owners were wonderful to rent from. They met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the home and the Ritz Reserve, which was incredibly helpful. The home is beyond beautiful with luxurious furnishings. While the pictures of the home are beautiful, the home is even more beautiful in person. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. The beach is beautiful, private and steps away. The nice large yard was great for the kids to run around. I would highly recommend the property without reservation!

We also enjoyed visiting the El Encanto Beach Club (at Dorado Beach Club at Ritz Reserve), which had wonderful food, both in the restaurant and pool-side, and a beautiful pool and beachfront.

The property is as described, very clean and nicely maintained. The owners provide excellent customer service, from touring the greater Ritz Reserve property on arrival, to texting restaurant recommendations, and to providing flexibility on check out times.

We join the Dorado Beach Club upon arrival, and recommend this for all guests. This permits access to golf courses, restaurants, pool and beach club, a superb exercise facility with nearly hourly class offerings, and endless runningbiking trails.

This area is lovely, and we will return many times. We would stay again at Villa Paraiso unhesitatingly.
