Close to state road 192 and interstate 4, but in a very quiet location - great amount of privacy

Horrible experience family reunion ruined!

I am not happy with the owner or my experience. We rented two homes he owned in this area. The Thursday before check in he finally (he knew since Monday) informed me a pipe burst in this house & had water damaged and would not be ready for check in Friday. I understand things happen but I should have been told Monday. At least I could have had time to find another home. So now we only had one home for many people. He did wire me back my money finally Friday afternoon. At that point too late we didn't find anything. We were stuck so some of my family wasn't able to come and stay. The second home we did rent had damage living room blinds missing so you could see in. I will never rent from this owner again. He is very hard to contact and could have been a little more sensitive. I receivedno phone calls or apologies for this mess.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property.
Sometimes when a deal looks to good to be true you wonder what the catch is. Well I had that thought as well, but was quite surprised at how factual and accurate the listed description was.
There a two bedrooms downstairs. The beds are 12inches from floor to the top mattress. This was a good room for the younger ones. The four bedrooms upstairs were nice and the beds were comfortable, with the master suite being very spacious.
It appeared that the group before us really messed up the carpet and it had spots from the front door throughout the down stairs. The A/C was working, but appeared to have just had maintenance to sustain us through our stay which was much appreciated.
The rest of the house was absolutely enjoyable. We really enjoyed ourselves. There were flat screen tv's with cable in every bedroom and the livingroom, and the house has WiFi. The golf course was in IMMACULATE condition!!!! The washer /dryer worked great. There were a plethora of stores, Publix, Walgreens, CVC etc...
It would be nice to have a DVD player on the Big Screen TV, and a BBQ grill on the patio by the pool.
We never had to bother the owner, but I'm sure he would have responded if called upon. The yard was great, the pool was clean, and was cleaned again while we were there.
I will be staying here again. If you want to get a good golf getaway, this is your place.
