Overall, the stay was great and Katrina made sure everything was taken care of. We arrived sooner than expected which wasn't an issue at all because everything was situated and in order. I'd definitely recommend this suite to friends and family, signature suites provided us with the feel of vegas plus the comfortability and warmth of home. Two thumbs up to Katrina and the best spots for granting us a pleasurable experience and assuring everything flowed smoothly.

A Wonderful Condo

We have rented many condos and houses through VRBO and this condo was outstanding. It was immaculate and very well furnished. The view was great and you could see the other hotels on the strip. It was very pretty at night with all the Strip lights and beautiful pool below which changed colors. The pools at each of the three towers were lovely and not crowded. The TV in the bedroom was very cool (it came out of the desk when you turned it on and went back into the desk when you turned it off. The two floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom were also very nice! The kitchen appliances were top notch and the master bathroom was huge with a big whirlpool tub and shower. It was very nice having two bathrooms.

The listing description and photos accurately reflected everything about the unit. The property manager was very helpful and answered all my questions very timely.

I would highly recommend renting this unit!!!

Great place to stay we will be back!

At first we were nervous never having booked a room through an owner. Some small reservations concerning the contract, but quickly got over it once we arrived. We had the the owner pick up some items and stock the kitchen before our arrival, and they were able to get everything we asked for and it was pretty cheap.

The room was perfect, loved having the balcony and the kitchen. Room was very clean and well kept. Love the fact that each tower has its own pool make it alot less crowed, and the pool staff was great.

Also those who are worried about how far away from the strip you are, the walk only takes 10 minutes and you are in the MGM grand. The walk has the moving walkways so its really not bad, and on the weekend they set up a bar halfway incase you get thirsty. Also you are really close to the monorail which is a great way to move up and down the strip.

Katrina who manages the Condo was very helpful and flexible on our final day since our plane did not leave until late. We were extremely happy and will definately be booking our next trip in Feb through her.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
