Beautiful cabin; no AC

I would dearly love to give this cabin five stars, because so much of it was RIGHT: great furnishings, nicely stocked kitchen, loads of space, clean and bright and very comfortably large. The owners were also great to work with! This cabin says it sleeps 7 and 7 people would definitely have loads of room to roam and lounge in this place.
BUT the cabin had no AC — not terrible at all when we first arrived in 73 degree weather. By the end of the week, however, temperatures had climbed to 88 and the cabin just didn't cool off overnight. After being out in the sun all day, it was disappointing to come home to a humid cabin. And the other ding was that the master bedroom mattress was terribly, terribly uncomfortable. It was not only hard, but it also made audible spring noises (SPROING! SPROING!) whenever my husband or I turned over.
That said, I'd happily return later in the fall, and all up through late spring, because the cabin is heated . . . if there was a slightly nicer mattress to return to.
Owner's Response: I am working to return the new "sproing" mattress and I have found as the house is very well insulated that if it is opened at night and closed in the am it will stay at least 10 to 15 degrees cooler than outside.
