We just loved the place! The condo is exactly as shown, very clean, well furnished, and safe. Exactly what we were looking for, especialy travelling with our 6 months baby. The balcony and the view are soooo awesome. You can see that the owner takes good care of the place and has consideration for the gests. We definitely would recommend this condo and would certainly come back again. The only thing that could be added is an alarm clock, but hey, we were not on a thight schedule after all, we were on vacation. Thank you for the great stay at your condo.

My wife and I just returned from a one-month stay at a great condomium in Playa Azul. It was great and all that it was advertised to be. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed – kitchen supplies, linens, and even some beach stuff. Our landlord was very responsive to anything we asked about; we once mentioned that one missing item in the kitchen was a blender; within about two hours he had a blender for us. As far as sleeping four – that is a bit of a stretch, as the second two would need to sleep on a non-pullout sofa. When we had four for a few days, we were all about six feet; two small children with two adults would have been OK. The P.A. complex is great and very secure. It has all the amenities one could desire – pool, tennis, basketball court, and clubhouse. We met and played cards and dominoes with several other American couples in the evenings and kept busy all the time. Access to the beach is a few short steps and the beach road is a great place for walks for exercise (about a mile round trip). We are already signed up to stay next year.

I loved this apartment. It was centrally located, beach a 5 minute walk. Complete security with 24 hour guard. I would return to this apartment anytime! Owner was very respectful and a true host. Apartment itself is kind of small, does not sleep 4, as implied. Two is fine, 3 is a crowd.

This is an incredible apartment. Sparklingly clean, amazing amenities, steps away from a nice beach. Also, about 1/2 mile from the nicest beach in Luquillo, Montserrat, the Luquillo kioskos, as well as a grocery store and a Walgreens. We went to Montserrat (also called Luquillo beach) every day. It is an amazing swimming beach and we encountered almost no crowding even on the weekends. At the condo, the pool is lovely. We found it very quiet there and we go to bed at like 10pm. The next door neighbor is very helpful with advice about where to shop, eat, etc. She's a hoot. If you are looking for a quiet, mellow getaway, this is the place for you. Just be aware that you need keys to go anywhere -- to leave the condo development to go to the beach (and to come back), to go to the pool, etc. Also, you need a sticker ($20) to even park in the development. We spent some time milling around wondering how to get to the amenities, and the guards are sometimes helpful, sometimes not. I will say that Hector is amazingly responsive. You call him with a question, and he gets right back to you. Amazing service. Overall, highly recommended.

El objetivo de mi estadia era descansar y lo logre!!!! El apartamento es muy bonito comodo y limpio!!!! El lugar esta accesible a muchos lugares pero al estar alli no es necesario salir. La vista esta hermosa , a un lado la playa y al otro las hermosas montañas del Yunque. El lugar es ideal para descansar y salir de la rutina. Hector fue muy atento en todo momento.

Beautiful apt, I just spent a week at with my family, did not want to go home. Overlooking Luquillo beach, wonderful breeze, safe, secure, great location, warm and cozy. Lots of things to do, will not be bored. Plan to go back as soon as I can!!! Recommend it to anyone. Enjoy your stay!
