There are 2 large bedrooms with a queen, two twins and two sofa sleepers. High quality linens and towels and beach towels and chairs are provided. The floors are refinished hardwood and the living room has a stunning view of the cove.

You can’t beat this location! Biking and blading distance to world famous Siesta Key Beach (No. 1 rated beach in the U.S. where the sugar sand is the finest anywhere). Walking distance to the Landings Shopping Center, the Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar and Phillippi Estates Park (a nice place to walk and fish). You will be only minutes away from jet skiing, para-sailing and wind surfing rentals, the Legacy Trail (great blading and biking), downtown Sarasota, golf courses, libraries, playgrounds and barrier islands (Siesta Key, Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and Longboat Key). The Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is only 20 minutes away and Busch Gardens and Disney World are 1 and 2 hours away respectively.

Sarasota is a center of entertainment and cultural activities including the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, the Asolo Theater, Opera House, West Coast Symphony Orchestra and the world-class Ringling Museum. All are within 10-20 minutes.

This property is available on-season and off-season and we have set very comfortable rates accordingly.

A reservation deposit of 50% and $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking payable with check, cashiers check or cash (refundable if cancellation occurs a minimum of 30 days before the lease period begins). Reservation balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. A one-time cleaning fee upon leaving is paid by owners. Any excessive cleaning charges will be paid by the tenants.
