This was a excellent apartment. It was clean and close to the Colosseum and train station (about a 5 minute walk). The showers were a bit small but the bathrooms were still great. Communication with the owner was very good. The apartment was great for our family of four and plenty of room to stretch and move around. Though it's on the 4th floor (American 4th), it was not a big deal for us. Everything is close by, including a supermarket, restaurants, attractions and gelato. The apartment is great overall and I highly recommend it. The owner also recommended a great car service to pick us up from the airport and felt very safe traveling with him. Gabrelle was a wonderful host and should be proud of his apartment and how he does business. A++

Very nice apartment 2 blocks from the Colosseum. We were in walking distance of all of the major Rome sites incl the Forum, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and of course, the Colosseum. The owner, Gabrielle was easy to work with from the start. Gabrielle also put us in touch with Antonio for transportation, he picked us up at the airport, took us to train station later in the week...good to work with and a great guy! 4 of us were very comfortable in the apartment.

This was a second holiday in one of Gabriele's apartments and again all thumbs up.
The apartment is a beautiful mixture of modern and traditional where everything works: central heating, kitchen, bathrooms. The space is amazing, large, quiet and comfortable, serving all needs for comfort and convenience. The location just speaks for itself: we had the chance to walk as well as use the public transport as we wanted.
Antonio brought us from and to the airport and Norman helped with the luggage. Yes, there are 70 or so steps to climb to this apartment but if WE could do it (as unfit as we are ;-)) everyone can – unless with serious health issues.
We thank Gabriele again and when back in Rome we will not look for any other home owner. His apartments are exactly what we need.

This apartment is in the perfect location and location is everything..Gabriele was very personable and helped get us situated for our three week stay, he took care of any issues right away and I hope to stay there again next year, Thank you Gabriele for taking such good care of us and providing a wonderful apartment (just need to have both matresses the same, guest room is much the best master not so great)..Whoever is reading this review I wouldn't hesitate to book this one its the real deal!!

We had such a wonderful trip to Rome. Gabrielle was friendly and prompt in responding to all of my planning questions prior to our arrival and was there to meet us for the appartment.The apartment was very well located, literally-down the street from the Colosseum but not in the hub-bub of all the main tourism. We liked this because it was a some what quieter location and there were many cafe's just around the corner that we ate at the entire time.
They were exactly what we wanted to experience for good authentic Italian food that weren't bombarded by tourists and high prices. When you leave the apartment to the right, toward the Colosseum, you make the first right on the next street, and just there are 3 great places-Auntie Luzzi's which had wonderful cappaccinos and baked goods for breakfast as well as really good food for lunch and dinner. Directly across was another nice restaurant where we only got desserts to go and they were amazing but the place was always packed. Directly next to this was another Luzzi's Pizzaria (or something to that effect) and this place had really great food too! All Excellent!
The apartment itself was pretty much how it was described. It actually had a washing machine (no dryer but a clothing rack which worked great) and there was laundry soap available. I hadn't anticipated on using this but ended up needing to, and for a longer stay this was a plus. We didn't really use the kitchen because we went to the cafe's all the time but it was a fully stocked kitchen...and there is a wine opener if you buy wine to bring back. The beds were pretty comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. The apartment was very clean.
The bathrooms were both very small, especially the one that has an entrance from one of the bedrooms (the 2nd bathroom is connected in the hallway). This bathroom was very difficult to move around in, the toilet was practically under the sink and the shower was incredibly small (very difficult to fit into the door opening let alone turn around in the shower-especially being pregnant). And there was no shampoo/soap provided that was indicated on the description of ammenaties so I didn't bring any. Lastly, the shower head kept falling down and the water pressure and temperature were quite difficult.
Despite the frustrations from the bathrooms, overall, this appartment and location were great and I would recommend staying here. Thank you.

This apartment was as advertised. The apartment was clean and well located about two blocks from the
Coliseum. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and small grocery store. There are 75 steps to the apartment. The showers in both bathrooms are very small. Property manager Gabriel, arranged transportation from airport (50 euros) which was a fair price and our driver Antonio was there to greet us and took us to the apartment where we were met by Norma who helped with our luggage to the apartment. We walked to most sites, took a cab to Vatican City and to catacombs. We had no problems so there was no need to contact the property manager during our five night stay. We felt like we had a true Rome experience. We would stay again.

We could not have been more pleased with our 3 day stay at this apartment. There were four of us - one couple and two friends traveling together. One of the friends slept on the couch and found it very comfortable. The beds were great and it was a treat to have two bathrooms, rather than sharing just one. We had a minor issue with water pressure and temp in the master bathroom and Gabriel came right away to fix it. The a/c worked great and was welcome after walking all over Rome. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only, only thing that might be a problem for some is the 4 sets of stairs you have to climb to get to the apartment.

The location is perfect. A short walk to the Colosseum, Forum, subway, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, wine shops, outdoor fruit market....anything you need. Make sure you visit San Giovanni in Laterano cathedral (just a few blocks up the hill). Amazing!!

This apartment is fantastic! It is very well situated near the Colosseum and several amazing churches. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the metro and bus stop. The neighborhood has everything - supermarkets, gelaterias and many restaurants all within a few block radius.

The apartment itself is very well furnished and provides all the amenities you would need. I believe we were the first group to stay in this newly furnished apartment, so the WiFi was not yet up and running. But Gabriele was kind enough to provide us with his own laptop and an internet card. He was very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I will certainly try to book this apartment on my next visit to Rome!
