This home is on Back Bay in Sandbridge. Special sunsets!!

A week of fun and exploring, your retreat awaits you. You have the ocean, bay and farm life at your disposal. This 850 sq ft. two bedroom suite has a queen bed and double futon. Including a efficiency style kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. Bathroom has a stand- up shower stall.Has 2 TV's as well.Drink your coffee in the morning and wine at night on the dock with breath taking views. The dock is also perfect for fishing and crabbing.Explore all the wonders that Back Bay has to offer with kayaking(not provided- have to rent). Come to beautiful Sandbridge for that well-earned vacation getaway.
Also, the house has a full golf membership to Hell's Point Golf Course. So, bring you clubs for a round or two with friends and family!!
Renovations are now complete...everything is brand new top to bottom and newly redecorated! Hot tub available for fall, winter, and spring rentals.

This is the only property like it in Sandbridge. The house is situated on 3 acres that back up to Back Bay. Only 1/2 mile south give way to False Cape Park. A great place to hike, bike, or take the tram through the park. The beach is just two short blocks away. Provided are beach chairs, a small cooler, and a beach cart to haul all your beach needs!!

My 11 year old son and I stayed with Cindy during Spring Break. What a great find! The accommodations were spotless and just the right amount of space for us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and Cindy is a great host. Thank you for the fresh eggs, showing us your beautiful peacocks and fish pond. Cameron had a blast and love the hot tub too! We are both looking forward to coming back for hopefully a longer visit next time. You are more then welcome to stay with us on the Outer Banks anytime!

Very relaxing and comfortable environment. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and Cindy's hospitality. Beautiful views from the dock and peaceful walks on the beach everyday. We would definitely recommend this this property!

Best Buy of the Beach!

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 yr old. What a wonderful spot! Away from the traffic and noise of Virginia Beach, a block from the beach, the bay in the back yard (great for playing in!), and a playground down the road. The suite gave us ample space, and the kitchenette allowed us to prepare our meals easily. Cindy was such a gracious and helpful hostess. For the amount of quiet, privacy, comfort and convenience, this suite is truly a great deal. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Last-Minute Accommodations

When my sister and I were unexpectedly stranded in Sandbridge on a Friday evening with nowhere to stay, Cindy came to the rescue. She prepared the rooms with only an hour's notice, and made us feel completely welcome. What a comfortable and cozy place to stay! The beds were luxurious, the rooms were completely immaculate, the hot-tub was glorious, and we slept perfectly. We look forward to returning for a longer stay!

Relaxing in nature!

What a fantastic moms' getaway weekend! Cindy was a wonderful hostess. She brought us fresh eggs from her hens and provided beautiful and clean accommodations. The location on the 3 acre property is so beautiful and serene. We enjoyed kayaking in the sound and just relaxing on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet. We initially thought the accommodations would have been a little small for 3 of us, but it wasn't. Plus, we spent most of our time outside anyway. It's just a short stroll to the beach and the sound is in the back yard. Thanks Cindy! We will definitely come back and recommend your beautiful home to our friends.

Restful Vacation with Adventure to be Found

My husband and I and our 5 young children stayed at 321 Sea Scape Road. It was an amazing find in Sandbridge. Ms. Cindy made the accomodations fit our needs and bought air mattresses for us. She opened her home and property for us to explore. We were able to walk within minutes to the quiet sand and ocean or the peaceful bay. She asked about our interests in the area of Sandbridge and was able to offer great suggestions for us and the kids. It was a relaxing vacation with adventures to keep all of us happy and excited. The suite was newly renovated and in excellent conditon. The kitchinette and grill on the deck allowed us to prepare most of our meals. We were surrounded by the beauty of nature with her fish, birds and peaceful wildlife. We are very appreciative to our host and friend.

Great vacation house

We spent a wonderfull week in Sandbridge; this guest house was very confortable for 4 (2 young children) and so much fun for the children because of all the animals around (birds, fish, frogs, cats and dog). The house was well equiped and very clean. The yard is beautiful with nice flowers, bird cages (peacoks) and view on the bay. The owner was very generous with us and had a lot of special attentions for the children. The beach is very nice and it's a 2 minute walk from the house. The Back Bay Wild Life Reserve is close and worth seeing. The supermarket and restaurants are about 20 minutes from the house. Our stay was great mainly because we appreciated the house, the yard and the owner !

The house was newly renovated, looks amazing. Watching the sunset on the bay is even better !! This is a great vacation spot for anyone. Everything that I needed was accommodated to the best of its ability which is all I could ask for. The house is simply immaculate and I was very pleased with my stay , I'll definitely be back!!

Sandbridge Bed, Beach & Bay was by far the most relaxing rental we have stayed in. Since we have stayed in both homes and condos at Sandbridge, this was by far a great value for the money. Home was very clean and very well taken care of. Owner was very accomodating and provided linens and towels, along with a personal touch. Decor is updated. The location was the best of both worlds. Large backyard, bordered by marsh/reeds and then the Back Bay. Dock for lounging or fishing was very large and had a beautiful view. From the front door, the beach is a straight 2 blocks with direct access. We will definitely stay again and I have already recommended to personal friends.

Wow! my family and I had a great time. Ms. Cindy is so wonderful, and made our stay like visiting with family!!! My kids loved all the things they could do right on the property. The pheasants and chickens made for a great morning, and we had a few fresh eggs that were amazing!! Feeding the fish in the pond was so much fun!!!! The dock is just beatiful and made a great place to fish in quiet.
Just got back, and are looking to return as soon as possible. Thank you Ms. Cindy for such a great vacation. We miss you and love you!!!!!!
