This condo is Pet Friendly* and has a large patio facing the courtyard containing with pool and hot tub. There are grills and tables available so you can enjoy an outside BBQ.. The condo is located on the first floor. There is free assigned parking, free Wifi, Cable TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Master has a king bed, Spare Bedroom has two twin beds. All linens are provided.

Hi Dan,
Just wanted to let you know, my sister and I had a wonderful time on SPI. The condo was perfect, comfortable and welcoming. We took a number of your suggestions for dinner and were not disappointed. We saw dolphins on pier 19, visited the sea turtle hospital and had a beautiful morning horseback ride on the beach.
Once again, this was a perfect getaway and would love to rent this unit again. I appreciate all your help in making our trip so memorable.
Life IS DEFINITELY better in the beach.....

Dan was nothing short of awesome to work with. The entire process was simple and painless, even if he wouldn't give us a condo for free. :D Seriously, fantastic experience. Quite frankly, the location and condo exceeded our expectations. GREAT location! A short 2-3 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. A 15-second or so walk to Kelly's Pub. A 2-minute drive to D'Pizza Joint. Most excellent. We **WILL** be back!
Stayed Christmas week. Quiet. Amazing. Awesome. Can't go wrong. Inexpensive, but damn sure *not* "cheap"!

Dan, Thanks so much! We enjoyed our stay here. We found it comfortable and relaxing. Our stay here surely made a good impression for our first time visiting the Island. We would definitely recommend to our friends this neat Condo. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and easy access to the Beach.

Spent two days during Easter weekend at a wonderful condo. Unit was spotless and well appointed. Owner was most accommodating and professional. Correspondence between owner and myself was outstanding. Will definitely rent from this owner again. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
