We feel very blessed to have stayed at this wonderful condo. It was an excellent location, great atmosphere and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed are stay.

I've stayed in many rentals over the last few years and this one was at the top. The apartment was large and clean with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location was great and it had everything we needed. The apartment is only 2 minutes from the main drag so coming and going was easy. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate dinner there several nights. We arrived in he dark and finding it for the first time was a little difficult but the owner sends a map and you need to look at. Great deal and the price couldn't be beat!

My husband and I moved to the Sevierville area and while we waited for our house to close and some renovations to be completed, we stayed at the Appleview River Resorts. Everything about this two bedroom condo was perfect for literally being our home away from home for 6 weeks! As everyone knows, moving can be quite hectic, and this condo was truly a relaxing retreat for us. It is furnished & stocked with everything you could possibly need (and might possibly forget when packing for a trip!). As an added bonus, the condo owners were a dream to work with. We originally booked for 4 weeks, but ended up needing more time and they seamlessly accommodated us. The condo is perfectly located - just a couple minutes and you're right on the Parkway and in Pigeon Forge. The back deck has a great grill and overlooks the river, which was a peaceful retreat for me on many beautiful mornings. I would highly recommend booking this condo the next time you visit the Smokies - you won't be disappointed!

This was one of the most beautifully decorated vacation homes we have stayed at. We come to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge every year sometimes twice a year and this rental is by far the best value. However, you wouldn't know that it was so cheap by looking at it. Plenty of room for the whole family and plenty to do just at t'he condo. The river behind the condo is perfect. The kids went swimming and floating almost everyday. The game room and workout room were great. There's a walgreens at the end of the road about a min away for convienence. There is also one of the best resturaunts in town even closer than the walgreens. The Apple Barn and Apple Cider Mill and Candy Factory are within walking distance. You can also see the Titanic attraction from the bottom of the hill. There was a feild of beautiful horses across from the condo that our kids loved. The best thing about this condo are THE BEDS. I have never been more comfortable sleeping in a vacation rental. Usually the beds are cheap and there are only 2 flat pillows.Tthat's not the case here. The beds were amazing and the were so many flluffy pillows we couldn't even use them all. The closets are very big. All-in-all a great valule and beautiful place to stay.
