We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was perfect for my husband, myself; and our two girls. It was exactly as advertised and the view to the Gulf is just as it is pictured. It was neat, clean, and tidy upon our arrival. The master bedroom bed was super comfy! The location of this condo was ideal- there were restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had no issues during our stay whatsoever. Any encounters we had with the staff were very pleasant and courteous. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Location was ideal. Shopping was right around the corner. There was a perfect view of the gulf out the front window or from the balcony as shown in the photo. Whether just walking along the seawall, swimming, surfing or fishing, you just had to cross the street and you were set to do any of these activities. The photos accurately show all aspects of the condo. The entire Victorian property is well maintained and all the staff are most obliging. The heated pool is a treat even if the weather is cool. If there were any concerns with the condo a call to April had any questions answered. We certainly would recommend this property and would go back ourselves.

Comfortable and clean. Nice view of the pool and ocean. Bunk beds springs squeak A LOT when kids were sleeping on them, but put a wash rag between the bed and wall, no more squeak. Top bunk doesn't have a rail, made the wife and me a little nervous since our 5 year old was bent on sleeping on top. We tucked the comforter tight under the mattress on the open side, covered him up and no problems. Although I woke up the second morning with his legs pointing straight out on the top and my 3 year old daughter's legs pointing straight out on the bottom. Not complaining though. The beds are comfortable. No one complained about their beds or pull-out sofa bed.

Not overly decorated (Panasonic stereo w/ turn-table and cassette player) but that's not what we were looking for.

Rate was comparable to hotel rates at the time. There is give and take staying here rather than a hotel. You do have a kitchen and it feels more home like, not like a hotel. On the other hand, no one makes your beds everyday (or any day for that matter) and the linens, towels, and trash will have to be taken care of yourself..

It was the type of stay we were looking for. We wanted a place that was clean, close to the beach, and could fit out family of 5 comfortably. That's what we got. We would definitely stay there again, if staying in Galveston overnight.

This get-a-away was perfect for our family of two adults and three children and slept us comfortably. Everything was clean and organized and the instructions were clear and precise. The beach is literally across the street from the condo, merely walking distance. Great location and had two pools on site, a laundry center, and on site security. The condo was fully furnished. We will definitely consider staying here in the future and recommend it to others!

The condo was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful vacation and would not hesitate to come again. The bunk beds made a lot of noise when the kids would move and there were not any guard rails for the top, but we tucked them in tight and they sleep like little logs raring to go the next morning. The view was great and it was centrally located. Walmart is next door for your shopping needs and numerous eating places close by. The pools were great and the beach was right across the highway. Overall, we loved our 1st family vacation!

great location! the condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. close to the 'pier' (a large amusement park), the waterpark, and across the street from the ocean. april is super! i had to contact her twice and she answered her phone and answered my questions. look forward to another stay soon, i hope.

This place was just what I was looking for. Our 4 yr granddaughter did not like the beach much, but loved the "Mushroom Pool". The 7 yr old like it all!! We had breakfast on our balcony each morning,site seeing,shopping and of course swimming, by bed time the girls where asleep before I could turn the lights out.
This place is 5 stars for us.. Thanks so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent annual Galveston vacation, and it was nice being able to stay somewhere roomier than a hotel, but without costing an arm and a leg. Our most favorite part of our entire stay this year was Pleasure Pier, and we will definitely go again next time we are in Galveston.

The bed in the Master Bedroom was extremely comfortable, and probably the best I've ever slept while on vacation. It does take up most of the room, so be careful maneuvering your way around the bed to get to the closet; the only storage space in the condo.The sofa bed seemed to be pretty comfortable, and was our kids' preferred sleeping spot over the hallway bunk beds. Our eldest son tried sleeping on the top bunk our first night, and he tossed all night, which of course was pretty noisy. Fortunately, he chose to sleep with his other siblings the rest of the time on the sofa sleeper.

The kitchen is small, but adequate. Definitely beats only having a mini-fridge, and microwave, that's for sure! Although the fridge isn't full sized, it was plenty big enough for the few days worth of cold foods we needed for our stay. The "freezer" isn't very big at all, so I wouldn't plan on storing much frozen food. Be sure to check the temperature gauge knob inside the fridge at check-in, and be sure to turn it up higher (6-7 max) to keep your food cold.

WiFi signal was great, and I was able to connect not only on the balcony, but also from within the condo. You'll need to call the front desk for the Guest Passcode for internet use.

The pools are very nice, and our kids really enjoyed the pool targeted more towards smaller kids. The pool closer to the condo starts off at 3 ft. 6 in., and was a bit too deep for our 6 and 7 year olds.

I definitely recommend this condo if you're looking for an affordable accommodation that offers a little more space than your typical hotel room.
