Can’t Wait to Return to your Beach House!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at your quaint Cape Cod cottage style home! The house was spacious, very nice and clean – You provided everything you could think of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On a couple of evenings we played the board games and had a cozy family evening after our BBQ dinner on the patio.
The location is great! Harding’s Beach is seconds away down the road..and we also tried Ridgevale Beach where we walked out in the warm water jetties, flew kites and used your body boards..So much fun! The restaurants and all the attractions of Chatham are just minutes away, yet the cottage offers complete privacy in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt a real attachment to your place.
One thing that was a pleasant surprise was being able to walk up to the corner for breakfast at "Larry's". We would sit at the counter and have a great breakfast while rubbing elbows with real Cape Codders ! It's not a fancy place, it just made us feel like we took a step back in time and were really vacationing in Cape Cod.
The “Squire” in town is our favorite hang-out…and The Chatham Bars Inn was a wonderful treat..but there are so many more good restaurants. ..and the shopping, Band concerts, Chatham A’s games, trips to the Lighthouse, and the Fish Pier were unforgettable.
We would highly recommend your home and can’t wait to set up the renting dates again for 2012!

Perfect Chatham Cottage!

My wife and I have four kids and we're looking for a nice, quaint cottage to stay in while we vacationed in Chatham, Cape Cod. I must say did we ever hit the jackpot with this cottage! Its the epitome of how a Cape Cod Cottage should be. Don't be fooled by the photograph as it makes the cottage seem small. A large addition was built on to the back that provides a lot of space for relaxing and dining. In total we were able to comfortably sleep six people. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom that contained a queen size bed, while my oldest kid slept in the guest bedroom that had a full/queen size bed as well. Although both bedrooms are small they suited are needs just fine. The other three kids slept on the two couches that fold into full size beds. The cottage also has a very nice patio with a picnic table, and grill which was great when we just wanted to stay in and eat. In addition to the patio, the cottage is surprisingly set on a large plot of land that my kids were able to run around on. We played every thing from volley ball to wiffle ball. The neighborhood is very quiet as the cottage is located on a private road, which means very little traffic. The neighbors are very accommodating and delightful as well.
The location of the cottage is great as well! Its located a mile away from one of Chatham's most popular beaches (Hardings Beach) and is also only a couple of miles/ short bike ride away from Chatham Center.
Last but definitely not least is the owner of the property Betsy Broadman. Betsy was extremely nice and went out of her way to make sure that our stay at the cottage was the best that it could possibly be.
I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking to rent in Chatham. My family truly had an amazing time and we hope that this place is available next time we decide to rent in Chatham.

Great Chatham, MA Rental House

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Chatham. The rental house is lovely, well-maintained and located in a charming, quiet neighborhood. It's a short walk to a beautiful Chatham beach, plus there are a few nice restaurants and shops nearby.
