This condo was absolute NOLA perfection. The unit was immaculate with everything one would need for a comfortable stay in the fantastic city of New Orleans. The ease of the coded entry was much appreciated as we stayed there with my folks and our two little kiddos so trying to keep track of multiple keys would have proven quite difficult! Not to mention the added security this provides. The location of this unit is excellent - walking distance to everything including fabulous restaurants and museums. All in all a wonderful stay and would book again in a New Orleans minute!

One word, PERFECT! This condo was beautiful, as well as immaculately clean! From the unique character of the brick walls, to the open living room/kitchen floor plan & amazingly comfortable beds. This condo is a great place to entertain and enjoy socializing with friends while getting ready for your day in NoLa. The condo was in a great proximity to everything especially downtown French Quarter, yet still quiet enough (away from the party scene of Bourbon St.) to get a good nights rest. The realtors could not have been more hospitable & helpful in recommending the best local restaurants & jazz bars to go to. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would highly recommend staying here while visiting New Orleans! Amber was an amazing host for us! Thank you for making our stay in NoLa an unforgettable one! :)

Apartment was perfect! Pictures are accurate and the place is very clean. I liked that everything is done by codes so that keys do not need to be passed back and forth if people are doing different thing throughout the day. Location is also nice its an easy walk to many places. Overall great stay!

This place is amazing. 20 yards from the streetcar (or easy cabs) on St. Charles (cross street = Julia), this place is exquisite. A king bed, a queen bed, 2 full baths, a sleeper couch, a fully appointed kitchen with gas, etc., but you can read all that yourself. It is immaculate, modern, and to top it off, access to the place is granted by keypads, so you can let visitors in without going down to the street.

The place had some water, fitness drinks and, most importantly, some nice beer to welcome us and, while we didn't need anything during our stay, I am confident the staff would have met our every need.

This gets our highest recommendation, and we've been to a lot of VRBO properties.

This was a perfect spot for our family. Coming from New York and California and visiting with some locals, we enjoyed being close enough to everything without being on top of anything. The condo is immaculate. Amber is very attentive to details and questions. Parking is conveniently located across the street for a fee. A great home base for enjoying New Orleans!

We stayed at this condo with another couple and it was perfect. Very clean, great location, easy to catch a cab and close to uptown and downtown. We felt very safe there as well - needed codes to get in at the street level, elevator and the condo. The area was quiet and away from the noisiness of the French Quarter, which I found to be a plus, but if you want to be in a livelier neighborhood, this may not be the place for you.

We got the rental for 5 people for the purpose of a leisure vacation to hang out in the French Quarter. We were a little late getting a place, so everything else was booked and then we found this place. Once you walk in the place, you realize the online pictures don't do it justice...the place is modern and beautiful and extremely clean!
The condo is on the 4th floor but they have an elevator. It's close to a nice grocery store and a couple of bars and restaurants. If you like Bikram yoga, there is a place next door.
The walk to the French Quarter was a bit longer than I thought it was going to be, but it was never a problem and I actually think it helped balance out all the good eating we were doing.
The condo managers did everything in their power to accommodate us. Everyone in our group said they would definitely stay here again.
