We really enjoyed our stay at the condo from the reservation, the facility, the rooms, the location and the views... We would consider going back again. The only thing needs improving is maybe a pest control. We have spotted little creature on the first night we checked in.

Owner's Response: I'm so sorry if there was any signs of "pests" of any kind. Every condo at Ariel Dunes II is under a mandatory "pest control" contract with the HOA management company. They spray every quarter. Thank you for letting me know. I will definitely pass this information on to the HOA!!!

Labor Day Weekend 2012
We had a fabulous time staying at Ariel Dune II during Labor Day weekend 2012. The condo was nicely furnished and had all the amenities of home. It was just high enough to see the Gulf from the balcony, which made for nice evenings after getting our two little ones to bed. The other great thing was the awesome pools right outside of the building! And I could keep an eye on my son and husband from the balcony while our daughter napped in the mornings. All in all, it was a fabulous trip and a fabulous condo. We will definitely be staying again!!!!!

loved it!!
booked this at the last minute and Linda made it very easy for us. Condo was exactly as described, clean and very well maintained and well stocked with all that we needed. Linda answered all our questions qucikly. I will go back here next year and also recommend this condo to anyone who want to go to Desin. Beach is about a block away very short walk but they also provide a tram service. we never used it enjoyed the short walk to the beach Many amenities in the condo community. and if your a golf fan you will enjoy this area as well. all the Major shopping are all very close by took just a few minutes to reach them. the pools were just beautiful and the kids loved as well as my grandmother. overall this was a great relaxing vacation for us and we cant wait to go back again.

June 2 2012 - Beautiful condo highly recommend
We stayed a week in this fifth floor condo! The condo was perfect and decorated tastefully. We loved the oversized patio with table and four chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and 4 other chairs. The interior of the condo is spacious with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The master bath was super sized with a shower and garden tub. The master bedroom was large and a dream to sleep in with plenty of furniture drawer space for everying. I have never stayed in a condo in 20 years of renting that had as many extra things in it to make your stay even nicer! Many thanks to the owner for making this condo so comfortable and a pleasure to rent! We hope we are fortunate enough to come back to this condo in the fall of this year and certain to rent next summer same time! Chris and Steve, Brentwood TN

vacation accomodations
Unit was well furnished and clean. Cleaning supplies were available for laundry, dishwasher, sink, bathrooms, as well as initial paper stock. Beach towels were present as well. Walk to beach was approx 300 yards, with partial view of Gulf from the large patio. We could not ask for anything more. A very enjoyable stay for 6 days and would highly recommend this unit to friends and all.

WOW!
This condo was everything the description mentioned and more! The photos featured online give a great overview of what to expect upon arrival. Plenty of room and lots of comfort! Beautiful view from the balcony ~ whether enjoying the sunrise or the sunset! Fantastic pools and fitness center although we did not have a chance to spend time enjoying them...in town for a golf tournament but managed to spend a few hours on the beach.
Beach access is across the street from the condo but a pleasant walk or short drive will have you on the sand in no time. This condo is close to many great restaurants and activities..plenty of shopping nearby whether at the Outlet Mall stores or at Destin Commons.
The owner was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process from information about availability and rates, the reservation process and follow up after our visit. I will definitely be contacting her for future trips and look forward to staying here again!

A great place!
We just spent 4 weeks in this place. Linda was a great person to rent from and has really decorated this place well. I use a wheelchair and the room sizes and space work well- except we had to build little ramps onto the patio. But besides a nice condo, the view allows you to see what the beach flags indicate and how busy the beach is and sunsets! It's a nice roll to the coffee shop and 2 restaurants!
