Barbara was great. I was hesitant as it was my first time to rent a place abroad. However, it all went without a hitch! All the necessary info was given for a great stay. The condo had everything that you would need for a great stay. Just supply the food and your set. We got fresh mahi-mahi and marlin from Oistins and brought it back and cooked it in the room. Sooo good! The condo was fantastic and I was very pleasantly pleased at the quality considering the price for "off-season" It is in "The Gap" and one night I did hear some faint bass from the bars but not enough to bother my sleep. If my room faced the street, it might have been a different story. But being in the Gap, it was very close to anything you could want. Dover beach is very close and Rockley is within walking distance. There is a convenience store that is very close and a larger store that is within walking distance as well, of course, there are always the buses to make it much quicker. $1.00 USD each way.
Problems: The coffee pot was defective. Ricardo replaced it within 15 mins.
The freezer didn't seem to freeze the ice cubes very fast. (although the fridge looked brand new).
It would have been nice for a door to divide the living room from the bedroom upstairs.
The bed was very firm.
Hardly problems! This was the best vacation I've ever been on and alot of it had to do with my satisfaction of the condo!

Vacation Paradise- Aqua Villa

We named our condo -Aqua Villa. Beautiful living with the Caribbean as the back drop. Beginning of "The Gap" with easy going to all restaurants and shops. Private pool and beach. A week of paradise with friendly staff and manager. A trip on Cool Runnings and a lunch at The Roundhouse made our vacation even more delightful. Great place plus great friends makes this vacation a 5***** rating.

St. Lawrence Apartments-An Excellent Stay

A terrific place to stay! Quiet, clean, villa-like 'inside the gate.' A step away were clubs, restaurants, and local tourist shops. St. Lawrence Apts. provided the best of both worlds-relaxation and solitude or nightlife outside the gate. Maintenance was excellent! The pool and pool area was superbly maintained on a daily basis. Rooms were extremely well supplied and very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our group of 10 absolutely loved the beach (parents & teens!) Although the beachfront was small, it was private, clean, and a blissful place to swim. Great sunsets! Great views! We hated to leave the property, but easily took taxis on day trips: Cool Runnings (fantastic sunset cruise!), Harrison Caves (beautiful!) etc. Loved the Happy Hour at Cafe de Sol across the street! I highly recommend St. Lawrence Apts. You'll love it there!
