Disaster area

We rented this appartment for 3 nights 28 - 31 August with our two grandchildren ages 6 and 9. On arrival we were given the key at the agents next door to the apartment block as arranged This key did not fit any of the apartments. I went back to the agent to find they had closed. We then took our two grandchildren and sat in a cafe to wait for the agent to return. An hour and half later she came back. Apologies given and another key issued - this apartment was already occupied by someone else - I had to take her up there and show her before she would believe me. She rang the owner who apologised and another key issued to a top floor apartment. Had been there for two minutes when the owner phoned again and said sorry - someone else had booked this apartment - we moved again, this time to the ground floor. Apologies again from the owner and the offer of a discount which I of course accepted (I have now received this and the return of my deposit).
All of the ppartments that I saw in the block were tatty, badly in need of refurbishment and definitely not up to standard. I have rented many apartments in the past few years - all over Europe - and this has to be the worst experience I have had and at these prices I expect the place at least to be clean and tidy.
I think someone from Holiday Rentals needs to take a look at this place - I won't be using the company again in a hurry !

Great Apartment for a Family

We were a group of three adults and two young children and we stayed in this apartment for a week. It was great - spacious, well equipped and in a beautiful, safe area close to everything. Rhonny was very helpful and very easy and pleasant to deal with. Overall a lovely experience in a fantastic city. We would highly recommend this property.
Last minute trip to paris

This apartment has a good potential but needs some major improvment on several aspects. Cleaning would be one of them. It would also be nice to have a courtain in the shower and something to hold the shower it self. With the actual setup it is not to pleasent to take a shower after having visiting Paris during the day!!! The kitchen also needs a deep grooming. The owner should do some investing on refreshing the painting. Beds are confortable and there were enough towels for the five of us. As far as I'm concerned pictures were taken few years ago.
You can easily get to the subway station with less then five minute walk and the groceries store is also nearby which is excellent.
The street is under construction and the owner did not avise us. If you are interesting on renting this apartment you should ask if the construction is over... It would have be nice to be informed on this aspect. It was very very very... did I metion very...noisy at 8AM!!!!

Room for improvement

Great location and direct train from airport stops within walking distance. Only issue we had were the electrics. There were plugs with extra wires poking out of them and most of the electric heaters had fallen off the wall. the apartment needs a rewire as there are extension leads everywhere. Another thing to note is that the bathroom is off the twin bedroom, not a major problem unless you were sharing the apartment with another couple, although we got very good a tiptoeing past our sleeping daughter.

it was a very nice stay in Paris, in a charming appartment,
we appreciate that it was very clean, and a nice decoration, around the appartment the area is safe, and full of nice shop, and even one hypermarket. The owner are helpfull, and the métro just near . it was even possible to park the car . we recommand this place .

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days Oct 2008 4 adults
and 2 children. The apartment is in a great location mins to
metro and 5mins to the supermarket bistros etc..the apartment itself was clean but could do with a bit of money
spent on it ie: there was no plug for the kitchen sink also
no basin to wash dishes in so we had to use a large pot also things like not enough glasses/mugs to cater for six people,towels that were provided were all hand towels,there was no shower curtain and wall attachment for shower head was broken some new pillows would not go a miss either.This did not spoil our break in such a beautiful city.

This was a lovely quiet, clean and comfortable apartment in a great area with shops, bakeries and a supermarket for all basic needs on the same street. A perfect location, 2 minutes from a metro stop providing great access. The owner was friendly and helpful providing tips on nearby restaurants. Excellent value and highly recommended for as a base to enjoy the amazing city of Paris!
