This stylish central Austin home is a real beauty, with all the comforts you want in a location convenient to everything Austin has to offer. Built in 2010 in an older, established Austin neighborhood (Deep Eddy/Tarrytown), the home is comfortable and stylish, with beautiful interiors and a comfortable front porch. The downstairs includes two living rooms, one with a fireplace and the other with a 60' plasma TV. There are white oak hardwoods throughout. The gourmet kitchen includes all modern appliances, marble countertops, and an eat-in breakfast area and adjoining separate dining room. There is also an office downstairs that may be used as a 4th bedroom if required. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms (queen, full and two twins) and two full baths, one with a bath/shower and the other with a walk in shower with two shower heads. The master has two vanity sinks. There is a washer and dryer upstairs and a smaller sitting/TV area as well.

Outside there is a gas grill. The neighborhood is close to everything, and is a quiet and peaceful place to relax when you are not out enjoying Austin. There are restaurants close by, or hop in a cab and be downtown in 5 minutes. You can walk to Lake Austin and the Hike and Bike Trails, walk to Zilker park, walk to 'Ol' Muny, the nearby golf course, walk over to Deep Eddy pool, and stop for a drink at Deep Eddy Cabaret (a class Austin bar) on your way home. Maudie's Tex Mex is walkable, as is Fabi + Rosi.

This home most definitely deserves all 5 stars. Prior to our arrival, Jason was very easy to get in touch with and answered every question. The house was pristine upon our arrival, and just as gorgeous as it appears in the photos. There were plush towels and toiletries in all of the bathrooms. It was easy to feel at home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee, and the bedrooms are very comfortable (very important for us, as we came to town for a race). The house is within walking distance to a grocery store and local restaurants, and only a short drive into town. One warning: the fun, cheerful, chic decor throughout the house just might make you want to redecorate your own home when you get back to it! If we're ever back in Austin, we hope to stay here again!
