This sunnyside lakefront home is the perfect year-round family destination! In the summer, there's plenty of lake fun and golfers will enjoy Peek 'n Peak Resort just minutes away. It's a great location for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and golfing. There are several docks, a swim platform, large outdoor hot tub, concrete walk lakeside, two kayaks, a canoe, space for your boat or jet ski, and a huge upper deck over the lake for lounging and watching those beautiful sunsets! A pontoon boat is also available for summer and early fall rental.

The best fishing on the lake is during the months of April, May, early June, September and October. The lake is home to Northern Pike, Muskie, Walleye, Small Mouth Bass, Large Mouth Bass, Perch, Crappie, Blue Gill, and Catfish. There are bass master tournaments several times a year on the lake.

Sportsmen will enjoy this lakeside location for deer hunting in the fall and wild turkey in the spring. For local regulations, go to www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/hunting.html.

During winter months, it's just minutes from Peek'n Peak Ski Resort or Holiday Valley Ski Resort is about 45 minutes away. There's a cozy gas fire place and the hot tub is open year-round. Guests can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing and snow mobiling. Attention snow mobilers...'the trail starts here' from our lot to Erie, French Creek and Chautauqua with access to many local eateries and taverns along the way.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. The bunk room has seven single beds.The house has wireless internet, a flatscreen HDTV in the family room, and two bedrooms have TVs.

Findley Lake is a great place to vacation. We go every summer to get away from the Florida heat and never want to leave. There are lots of things to do, especially if you like the water, lots of great places to eat, and many areas nearby for some great day trips. This year we took a day and went to Niagara Falls. This house is one of the best ones we have rented in Findley Lake. It has tons of room. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The view is amazing - we spent every minute we could out on the deck watching the boats and the geese and the sunsets. Special amenities include a great hot tub, kayaks, and foosball. I would highly recommend this house. The only negative is that its directly across from the best Ice Cream place on the planet. We went every night. Now I have 5 extra pounds to get rid of!!! You will enjoy your stay in Findley Lake and this house very much.
