The Wailea Sunset Bungalow was recently re-freshed with live green plants, new paint, carpet, drapery, lamps, solar shades, and new beautiful solid honey teak bedroom furniture. We also added larger flat panel televisions in the living room and the master bedroom, along with iPod docks, new DVD players and many other useful upgrades. Please enjoy the updated comforts of this quintessential ideal vintage beach cottage!

The Wailea Sunset Bungalow is one of the very few legal hotel-zoned vacation rental homes on Maui.

The Wailea Sunset Bungalow may be combined with the adjoining Wailea Sunset Estate for a total of as many as 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths for up to 14 guests.

Tropical Villa Vacations is the direct reservation and management source. We will be personally responsible for your comfort and enjoyment during your vacation. We snorkeled right in front of the house!

Thank you for sharing your lovely bungalow with us. We enjoyed our selves so much during our vacation. The view is just amazing and we were graced with a lovely sunset every single day. We snorkeled right in front of the house, we watched sea turtles catching some waves and the monk seal came to rest several times. All great memories of our 10th wedding anniversary! Mahalo

We had the best vacation ever...

We had the best vacation ever. The view alone made our stay amazingly enjoyable. We watched beautiful sunsets every evening from the comfort of our own yard - no hotel hustle and bustle or picture taking tourists to worry about. We also loved watching the turtles play in the surf in the early evening just before sunset. We even snapped photos of them warming up on the rocks out front. We hope to be back next spring. Mahalo!

We had a terrific time here in Maui with the real highlight being this wonderful place! We snorkeled with turtles and beautiful fish, surfed the waves and just enjoyed the house and garden. We wish to be back one day, and still find this place as it is now...Mahalo!
