Recently introduced to our exquisite villa collection is "Sunny Surf" E301 at Makena Surf, a sophisticated executive-style 3 bedroom (Eastern King, California King, and Two Twins or a 3rd King!), 3 full bath resort residence that sleeps six guests in a prime top floor corner "penthouse" location.
From E301 there is a huge vista of turquoise waters, powder blue skies, scarlet sunsets, and cotton candy white clouds that dance over the open ocean and golden beach below.
Sunny Surf E301 was just remodeled and refreshed by Tropical Villa Vacations, the property manager and rental agency for this fabulous beach front and ocean and sunset view private 3 bedroom 3 bath villa at Makena Surf. This is not your average vacation home. The care and expense provided at Sunny Cove puts it in a class by itself. There is really no setting like that of E301 at Makena Surf. Perched directly over the ocean and the beach, it offers mind-blowing panoramic beach and ocean front vistas. Sunny Cove faces west towards Maui's famous Sunsets. Don't forget both the splendid moon-sets and sunsets that can be viewed from this villa during the winter season. Far quieter than most busy resorts, this is one of Maui’s best kept secrets, with direct access to a picturesque, uncrowded sandy swimming beach known for it’s abundance of tropical fish and gentle sea turtles. Makena Surf Resort has direct access to two sandy swimming beaches, two heated swimming pools, two hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, and lush tropical foliage and flowers. Visitors to Makena Surf often comment how uncrowded and spacious the beach is. Many small tidepools are perfect for curious children. Dip your head under water during winter season and you may hear whale song! Located just two miles south of Wailea, guests can still easily enjoy the fine restaurants, luxury shopping, and exciting activities of South Maui. Parking at Makena Surf is provided free of charge. There are three golf courses within minutes. The Sea Watch Restaurant (now operated by famous chef Bev Gannon), and the Wailea Gold and Emerald Courses are just a few blocks away!
